We have been going to Fat Virgin Cafe for years. We sail around that area several times a year and always pay a visit to Fat Virgin. Their flying fish sandwich with home made cole slaw is really good. Carib beer and home made ice tea is a good choice for beverage. The Chicken Roti wrap is wonderful. Fresh fish of the day is always a good choice. The setting is very casual on the benches right outside of the cafe, you are right on the water. Of course most people come here by boat as it is a large boat anchorage. But you can also come in a little water taxi from Leverick Bay (minutes away). The ladies at the cafe are always very nice and warm, you can't go wrong with that place. When you finish your lunch, you can take a path to the ocean. Walk towards the Biras Creek resort, go around the guest reception area and follow the path, which will lead you to the ocean side. There are not many people (we never see any) so you can lounge on the beach (all beaches are public in BVI).
