beautiful stretch of sand, plenty of shade. snorkeling here almost as good as St John's. we saw schools of doctor/surgeon fish, and plenty of tangs, parrotfish, some banded and four eye butterfly flush, and some clowns (not memo colored) among a bunch of grunts and jacks. water is 12-20 feet deep, although shallower in places near the shore. easy to get to if you're used to Caribbean driving (i.e., no named roads, ruts and potholes). nowhere near as crowded as Cane Garden. as noted by others vendors selling drinks ($4-6 for beer/mixed drinks) and food (at least two grills going when we were there). and you can rent chairs/lounges.
