Reservations needed because its crowded but is, nevertheless, intimate. Charming french countryside style ambiance. Tablecloths, etc. Prompt service with nice amenities. Good menu and wine selection. The right combination for a leisurely and intimate dinner. I had lobster bisque, monkfish and grilled shrimp with mashed potatoes and pureed eggplant. My wife had a cesar salad and vegatable plate which included a nice variety of whole and pureed vegatables. I had a glass of house white wine, a pinot gris that was a little too new, and some excellent dessert wine. We shared an excellent lemon tart. The only thing that keeps romance and special occasions at four instead of five was the cramped space and crowd, but it's hard to be too critical of success. This is truly an outstanding restaurant.
