Located in a beautiful setting, but hidden behind office/bank buildings on the main road, this restaurant is worth the trip. We went twice in 3 weeks because the food was very tasty and authentically prepared. Sitting outside on a CALM evening is sublime, but unfortunately we were there both nights when it was very windy and glasses were rolling off tables, the musician had to stop, and diners moved inside to more cramped quarters. The best deal is to go for the happy hour with select appetizers half price, and then follow up with dinner. John the owner was very gracious and on top of things; unfortunately on our second visit, he was not there, and the restaurant did not run as smoothly. The first happy hour visit included half price wine and offered appetizer alternatives for vegetarians and non-pork eaters. With our second visit, no substitutions were allowed and no wine was half price. The staff tried, but someone needs to be in charge to make the customer feel comfortable. However, we will definitely be back next year. Highly recommended.
