“Good food for lunch or dinner”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2014

We enjoy the casual dining at both Greenhouse locations. The food and potions are good. There is a great Happy Hour BOGO which is a bargain for frozen drinks.

“nice restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2014

I went with friends on my last night in St Maarten for dinner and the Green House is located at the end of the Boardwalk by the where the boats are docked. I found the food to be very good and the service slow but that's how it is being on island time. The service was the same everywhere and they did thing at island speed. But heck are you in a hurry hanging out in St Maarten? I wasn't.

Hi Bernard.. Love the happy hour 2for 1 and 1/2 off appetizers . Yummy coconut shrimp there.
Great to stop in after a day of shopping in Philpsburg for a cold refreshing beverage

“Simpson Bay Location”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2014

The restaurant had a nice setting, but something must have been wrong with the plumbing in the bathrooms because it smelled like a sewer. The service was the worst service we had on the island. We had finished eating and our server was sitting two tables over from us counting her tips and we probably sat there for over 10 minutes being ignored. The food was overpriced for what it was. My friend had multiple bones in her fish and the manager acted as if she lying and wanted to see the small pieces of bones on her plate. My biggest issue was with the terrible service we had. Would never go back there to eat.

“Wow!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 22, 2014

We strayed at the Atrium Resort and Spa and the Greenhouse was just steps away, so we frequented it because of the location, but also because of the value and consistent quality of the food and the service. The Greenhouse doesn't serve anything too fancy, but it was all pretty delicious (except the burgers had a sort of manufactured texture - not the worst flavor or anything, but a little less than wonderful). The Happy Hour at the Greenhouse was from 11 am to 7 pm, and this alone might keep you coming back! The Bang-bang shrimp they served had everyone talking, and was really one of the most memorable dishes that my wife and I had, not only on St.Martin, but anywhere! The servers were all very courteous and helpful (especially as we returned over and over and got to talk with them and became familiar), and the ambiance was relaxed and full of the Caribbean-vibe. The restaurant has specialty nights (like lobster night; prime rib night) and these dishes were well-prepared and tasty. Portions were good, and the prices though not cheap, were not our of bounds for St. Martin. The restaurant is located steps from the beach and right next to the pool at the Atrium - convenient to Atrium guests, and a not too shabby view of the beach from the restaurant itself. You can easily grab food and/or drinks and take them to the beach. This is one place to keep on your short list.
