“Rock and Roll Oasis”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2014

The atmosphere here is perfect for family and friends. Rock and Roll music, open air setting, swim up bar and water fountain trickling in the background. You get Mexican inspired flavors, eclectic surrounding and a relaxed, upbeat mood. Excellent Mojitos here! If you order an appetizer you can likely share the fajitas... and the nachos are for 4 people, made the mistake of ordering them as my meal one night because appetizers are small and I wasn't that hungry. They were delicious but I hardly made a dent in them! Great friendly service.

“A must visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2014

We were welcomed by a friendly staff, the food and drinks were AMAZING. The style and ambiance was great. We went back twice while we were on the island. The fajitas were SO GOOD. But, so were the nachos and ribs and I could go on and on. Definitely book this on your trip!

“Second time a charm!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2014

Almost missed this place during our trip last year.....found it while walking, and since we had just eaten we just had a drink. We made it a point to eat dinner......we were not disappointed! We ordered two of some of the best margarita's I've ever had, along with the fajita platter. Some of the best fajita's I've eaten. Our waitress, Odessa, was a life saver. My wife grabbed a bottle of sauce from the table and it just happened to be some of the hottest on the island, just a few temperatures cooler than the sun. Odessa knew just how to help.....everything turned out fine. Jimbo's has made its way onto my return visit list. If you have the opportunity to eat here, do so!

“Don't leave St. Maarten without eating here!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2014

We ate here with a very large group on our first night in St. Maarten and were not disappointed Even with our large group, service was spectacular! You will not regret the margaritas, ribs and fajitas! They should all be on your must order list. Delicious food and drink and a friendly staff equal the perfect combination for a good place to dine. The ambiance is great and a fun layout.
