“You'll be lucky if You get Martin for your waiter”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 3, 2012

Had a great evening. Six of us on our second night on the island. I ordered the lobster thermodor which was delicious. My wife and one of the other ladies had the swordfish. I think they thought it was a bit dry but still enjoyed it. The Ban Bang shrimp and the escargo were excellent. The "dutch: onion soup was also great. Can't remember everyone elses meal, but we had a very enjoyable evening along the marina's pier.

“I'm confused”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 30, 2012

My friends and I went to the Greenhouse in October. It was fabulous!!!. I am confused about the recent reviews. All of the food we had was absolutely delicious. We had escargot, Bang Bang shrimp, fish tacos & more. This place was NOT a dump. The staff is effecient, pleasant &, friendly. They have a great happy hour, 2 for 1 drinks. The veiw is wonderful, the restaurant is at the base of the hill, near the Simpson Bay Resort. The other recent reviews sound like they are talking about another place entirely. We really enjoyed this restaurant and would go again, if I am ever in St. Martin.

“A good place to eat near the cruise ship dock.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 24, 2012

Ate with friends here on November 7th while on the Brilliance of the Seas cruise. Service was very attentive...and the food was fine. I ate some calamari which was cooked well and not rubbery at all. My friend ate a fish taco. We promised Marion the owner we would write a review for her...and she said she would look out for it! Was a very pleasant rest in a good location. Great wi-fi too. Thanks very much for a brilliant beginning to a really great day on your island..

Green House is a busy restaurant, lots of choice in the menu, quick service and dicent food. The location is facinating, lots of people going by the front.

“Food is good, but avoid when the cruise ships are in (unless you are on one)”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 14, 2012

There are two Green House locations, this one is right near the cruise ship dock. Food is good, and the ambiance (it's on the bay, though the view is mostly blocked) is good. Nice breeze most of the time, but no A/C. When the cruise ships are in port, this place is packed packed packed, so unless you are on a ship, don't try to drive down there. It's a big restaurant so they can handle a lot of people, but service slows down a bit when it is full.
