“One of the best beaches on the Island”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2013

My wife and I stayed in Oyster Pond, on the French side of the Island, but we went to a different beach every day, and we included beaches on both the French and Dutch side. Heck, when you look at the sand and the water, you can't tell whether it is French or Dutch. Most of the beaches on the island are excellent, but Mullet Bay is one of the best of the best. It is beautiful. Chairs and Umbrellas were even a bit less expensive than on other beaches, but that is not important. Good food is available. You can't beat it. This beach ranks up there with Orient Bay, Anse Marcel, Baie Rouge, and Gallion.

“Nice beach , not overcrowded”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2013

Definitely worth a visit if staying on the Dutch side , this is definitely one of y favorite beaches. Cheap beers, great ribs at Rosie's snack bar. This beach feels more like a traditional Caribbean beach then fancy orient beach or Simpson bay beach

“Spectacular beach down the road from hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 4, 2013

This beach was much more user friendly so to speak than the Maho beach at the hotel . Beautiful soft sand and crystal waters. This is a public beach so you can rent chairs and umbrellas at 5 bucks a crack. There is also a bar with $2 Hienekin

“Great place to spend the day!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013

Walked to Mullet Bay from our hotel, Sonesta Maho. Beach chair and umbrella - 10 bucks and worth it! Food excellent, beers are 2 bucks! Great swimming beach. No towels available. No bathrooms available either. Do get bugged by vendors asking if you want to buy a beach coverup or want a massage.

“Loved this beach-it was the best!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013

We loved this beach on the Dutch side. It was clean and the water so clear. We snorkeled right off the beach and saw great fish. The access to the ocean is nice and gradual and sandy. There are chairs and umbrellas to rent for a reasonable price. We thought it was just beautiful!
