Like the title says, Le Ti Bouchon was the best meal I had on the island, and if you have been to St Martin you know what an accomplishment that is. On an island that is known for its restaurants, it is one of (if not) the best. It was the only restaurant we visited twice, each time "MoMo" greeted us. He clearly took great pride in both the food and the service. I had a beef dish that was so tender and so flavorful, my wife couldn't keep her fork out of my food. She had a stuffed lobster and crab ravioli... and I couldn't my fork out of hers! It is a little off the beaten path, but not far and well worth it!

There's not too much that I can say that many have not. You know what you're getting when you come here - an amazing host who will regale you with stories of the food, wine, the island or France, all entertaining to go with beautifully executed food that if you go through all courses, right down to dessert, you will be in quite a state. A perfect place for people looking for something casual in the atmosphere, as Momo will say, "you do not eat the decor" and the focus is 100% on the product and execution as well as creating a genuinely friendly and hospitable service. Looking forward to returning and coming back to our favourite place in Cul-de-sac.

This restaurant is in a humble location and can easily be missed- so we got lost at first trying to find it. It is reasonably priced for a French restaurant in St. Martin. The owner is a very friendly man from France and his staff is just as great. They make you feel right at home! Food is very delicious and like the title of this review says, they have simply amazing desserts!

My husband and I stayed a week in St. Martin in November 2011 and had dinner twice here. The food is delicious, Momo is welcoming and entertaining. Did I mention the food is exceptional? The flavours and the presentation are divine. We had the escargots both times we visited, cooked in a light potato sauce. To die for. The entrees did not dissapoint either: the scallops, veal shank with mushroom risotto, the bouillabaisse...scrumptios. The food we had in Grand Case at one other highly rated restaurant does not compare with Momo's food and joie de vivre. Do not miss this place. We are going to St Marteen at the end of Nov.
