A relaxed 45 minute guided walk through the lovely gardens and natural habitat of the hills above Soufriere, with an informative and responsive guide, culminating in spectacular views of both Gros and Petit Pitons at the top, and the whole of the southern end of the island in the other direction. The guide was really good, and the selection of local flora on display, with cultivated and natural plants on show, was interesting. Not easy to find, but actually only a 5 minute drive beyond the drive-through volcano and sulphur springs on the same road, then up a small lane for another couple of minutes. Cost was – I think – about £3 each. Although the walk was not difficult, probably not one for flip-flops or light sandals.
