We ate at Boucan on a monday for lunch,we ordered desserts,hot chocolate and more desserts.
The best part of Boucan is the location right in front of the Piton,the deco is sleek and modern but at the same time blends seamlessly with the environment,the foliage and blue sky.The open tall roof gives an airy and spacious feeling of freedom.The dessert were good even though i think they were imported from somewhere and not locally made.The hot chocolate was definitely local,very tasty.We all thought the service was uninspired and uninspiring.A lot of waiters and waitress crowding the place , why so many?
The chef was munching between orders and that is a thing which absolutely hate.
They gave us free truffles at the end,nice.
We tried to buy some chocolate but they run out.
The bill was steep but that was to be expected,so no surprises there.
we will probably come back sometimes in the future.
