Well, the 2010 Fodor's guide had the admission at $2. It was actually $20...a big difference! Our Innkeeper said the rate change had happened 5 years ago. The admission price did not include the mud bath, just a short walk with a guide, who you were obliged to tip. The info was interesting enough, the guide well informed. The whole thing took about 15 minutes. Again, in all, not worth the cost unless you feel it is a must see, or have kids interested in geology. As with most tourist stops, the ever-present vendors plying you to buy their wares is, well, wearing.
