Totally outrageous hotel which is located in the bush, on top of a steep hill, with no lights and such a bad road that my 4x4 could not cope.

Service was terrible. Box rooms with cockroaches and no hot water unless its 12am. Poor hygiene, bedsheets and towels changed every three days, even upon request.

Rude Landlady that goes through your room when you leave and your belongings! Complains about leaving the fan on, or charging your phone, even though you are paying a steep price for a poor room.

One to avoid, much better hotels in Rodney Bay and Castries!

Very Disappointing. Their website [-] depicts a picturesque hotel, infact it is nothing like the pictures. The room (at the rate i paid) was very small. no space to put my suitcase!! room smells, shower only drips as there is no pump!!

the landlady is very rude. you have to open and close the gates to enter the premises at 8pm! just so the landlady can sleep?!!
the hotel is on a very steep hill. the road leading to it is very bumpy and normal cars would be unable to drive on them! luckily we had a jeep.

the bed has no mattress springs. so expect to wake up with a saw back. very noisy outside as the windows cannot shut. no mosquito nets provided if requested. expected there to be no fresh towels for at least 4 days - before the landlady gives you one. sink blocks etc etc etc.

the owner insists we switch everything off before we leave the room everyday! she even called my relatives back home because i left the shower dripping. oh yes and i forget..... if you are non st. lucian then expect to be treated as such!

AVOID at all costs. there are many other places that charge similar rates even cheaper rates that are 10 times better.
