We stayed at Coco Palm for my husband’s birthday weekend celebration! All I can say is ‘WOW!’

From the reservation process to making birthday arrangement with Diana, our Host; to the attention given during our stay, the level of service provided was simply outstanding!

Coco Palm certainly redefines Caribbean hospitality service standards! The person who does their customer service training has done a fabulous job indeed!

Our room was beautifully decorated with flowers on the bed spelling out ‘’Happy Birthday’’ along with a greeting sign and balloons. We also received a complimentary bottle of bubbly with a card signed by the staff!

I had pre-ordered a birthday cake from their kitchen and it was delivered on the day & time I had requested it and it was simply scrumptious! Denver, who brought the cake to our room even sang the birthday song –a very nice touch!

What we love about Coco Palm: Everything!!

The rooms are very relaxing, tastefully decorated with comfy beds. The garden view rooms offer abit more privacy and peace than the pool-view rooms.

The pool is great for families as it has a wide step-down area for sitting/floating. It's fun with the different sections and only 4ft deep throughout. It was always impeccably clean including the surrounding grounds and gardens.

The bar staff are excellent at remembering your drink-of-choice and happily change the sports channels to your preference (which my husband loved as he could watch cricket on one screen while catching up on the football on the other!).

The quality of food in the restaurant is really fine and the servers’ service and smiles were delightful. We enjoyed the freshly prepared daily juices – from passion fruit to grapefruit. The daily breakfast buffet is quite generous in offering with local options in addition to the usual international fare.

I highly recommend the Sunday buffet lunch (or ordering from the menu) which is accompanied by the sweet sounds of Steel pan! The group played Happy Birthday to my husband during lunch which was an unexpected and thoughtful request by the staff.

You’re our new favourite hotel in Castries, St. Lucia!

My husband and I had just married and wanted a beautiful but affordable weekend getaway for our Honeymoon. We chose Coco Palm because of their great price and being locals, we got an even better deal. I called in advance to arrange our romantic weekend and from the get-go the service was exemplary. Speaking to Shane, who arranged everything, from our romantically decorated room, to our wine and fruit basket, to a surprise birthday dinner for my husband. Thank you Shane!! Everything was very professionally done and we CANNOT complain where service is concerned, the staff are genuinely friendly and just great! Our room was very spacious and comfortable, the food was absolutely delicious, the pool was very inviting and relaxing, the drinks were tasty, my personal favorite was the scorpion. We enjoyed the total ambiance of the hotel, our staycation honeymoon was better than we dreamed it would be and we do plan on returning in the future.

Have just arrived back after visiting St Lucia hotels with the tourist board and Feollas hotel was superb.
We stayed for lunch which was superb along with Feolla and her staff.
Recommend this hotel with superb position to enjoy yourself night and day.

Stayed at the Coco Palm from 19-30 November 2012.

This is a little oasis and hideaway in the middle of a busy location. Arriving late on a friday night exhasusted and weary we were efficiently checked in to our pool view suite, which was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Claudine who manages the hotel is a great asset and leads a professional team. Our housekeeper Delia was a sheer delight. Front reception staff are great and will assist with any query in a polite and very friendly manner.

The bar, pool, diner and lounge areas are comfortable and staff in these areas all very inviting and friendly especially Patricia. We had a very warm and welcoming stay. When travelling we usually stay in well known, larger 4 or 5 star contemporary hotels, which provide the luxury but staff tend to be distant. The Coco Palm was a choice to try something different, with a local island feel, and we were not disappointed. What made it an especially enjoyable stay were the staff, who were not impersonal and matter of fact but very welcoming with a smile, cheerful hello and enquiring about your stay not just at the hotel but your holiday travelling around the Island.

We did not stay all-inclusive but the catering at the hotel is excellent, from the bar food selection, to the buffet and al la carte menu. The island has a very laid back feel, however the location of the Coco Palm Resort puts you within easy walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and local shopping area.

The overall property is very well maintained, the lobby area is small and functional, but first impressions soon fade away as you visit the poolside, bar and lounge areas.

During our stay we visited other nearby hotels, and to Coco Palm came tops for staff customer service and a feeling of being part of a hotel family and not just isolated guests. Credit is to be given to all the staff at the Coco Palm, whether you are a sole traveller, a couple, a group of friends or a family your stay at the Coco Palm will be an enjoyable one. If you have a problem or query ask the staff and they will always assist and even come up with a better solution.

This is a hotel that we will definately return back to next year. Thank you Coco Palm for making our stay in St Lucia a memorable one, with your suggestions on places to visit and things to do in and out of the hotel.
