We have enjoyed for some time our visits to Rodney Bay Marina to have an evening drink and watch the sun go down. On our last evening in St. Lucia, we decided to stay there to eat.
Having previewed all the menu boards of the food outlets in the marina, we opted for Bosuns that offered a mixture of traditional international food and Thai dishes; however we felt that the dishes on offer were more Asian than specifically Thai. My husband started with beef satay skewers, whilst I chose oriental spring rolls. We followed this by seared chicken with a wok of vegetables and deep fried chicken in a potato basket. All of these dishes seemed to have been freshly cooked, they were well-seasoned and had a ‘home cooked’ taste about them. The helpings were fairly copious, so we opted out on desserts. Our bill with a bottle of Italian white wine was around 300ECs.
The atmosphere was casual; the view from the balcony over the marina was pleasant and the staff friendly and chatty. It was a very good way to end our holiday.
