We had dinner there and it was amazing. The food was great, the servers were so courteous and friendly, not to mention knowledgeable about what they were serving. Owner/Executive Chef Adil, was so sweet and humble. That night we visited, my husband was feeling under the weather and all he wanted was soup. The chef made a dhal soup for him, it wasn't on the menu, but he made it anyway. Chef Adil went out of his way to appease our very fussy son, who doesn't eat anything spicy, just so he would eat something. I on the other hand love spicy, and it was just right on all levels. Your visit to St. Lucia isn't complete unless you eat at Spice of India. Tell them Sherry from Trinidad sent you. :)

Thanks for posting a great review of your experience here with us. You guys are a great family. It was great talking to you. Indian cuisine is not about soups, but there are few soups which are prepared in many restaurants. Our concept here is to please you as much as we can, even if it means preparing soups.
We will look forward to seeing you again at SOI, whenever you decide to visit St Lucia.
