The kitchenette was crawling with ants, the bed was teeming with bedbugs, the villa was swarming with mosquitoes (bug spray and mosquito netting did NOT work A BIT!) and there were scavenging animals roaming the grounds at all hours (one of which being a cat with its face freshly chewed off... I've never been more horrified).
Quality of Property:
The clock didn't work, the thermometer didn't work (although the owner tried to make us believe that it was just a matter of us not knowing how to read a Celsius thermometer), the stove ran out of gas on us, the deck was dangerously planked with broken boards, and the air conditioners were extremely old and only served to make our room even HOTTER! (the privilege of which cost us an extra hidden amount of $10 a day PER air conditioning unit!)
The maid walked in on my wife while she was in the bathroom, and the maid asked us to wait out on the balcony while she cleaned our room (even though we insisted we didn't need her services that day).
Quality of Service:
The villa's guest book was a scrapbook of edited entries, blocking out a history of customer complaints.
Courtesy & Hospitality:
The kitchenette contained a camping stove, but no matches (calling the owner at 8pm, he complained that we had roused him from his sleep and that we should have known that the purchasing of matches would be our responsibility)... we were given an initial roll of toilet paper, but were told that additional TP would be our responsibility as well!!... the owner told us on the first night that he would drive us into town for groceries, but later changed his mind and recommended a cab company instead... and the list goes on.
Accuracy of Website:
The Seascape website paints a pretty picture - not surprisingly - and things WERE pretty, to be honest - gorgeous - but there are may hidden costs and details that the Seascape owner was very good at leaving out until they came up.
Food and Dining:
The Seascape brochures/websites will boast a green grocer within walking distance... don't believe it. There was little more than roadside stand, 1/2 a mile away, over a very steep hill, rarely open, and offering only a smattering of questionable goods.
The owner mentioned on a few occasions that his property was not the safest place to be on the island, and recommended that we be vigilant about locking our doors.
We were rarely comfortable, we didn't feel safe, we got eaten alive, transportation-wise: it was EXTREMELY hard to leave or come back to the Seascape property (some cabbies simply would not even try to cross over the hill), and we NEVER got a good night's sleep... I'm not really sure what our money paid for in the end.

This guest incorrectly chose a villa for privacy in 3 acres of gardens/vegetation with minimal services,and were expected to provision for themselves.

Unfortunately they expected full hotel services.
They expressed disappointment on arrival so we offered a full refund to facilitate a change to a hotel,but when they refused,we fully expected maximum complaints.
They paid for the cheapest room,but were given a suite and complete use of the whole villa.
Dogs;-we did have an unfortunate period when,animals wandered in from a neighbouring Fishing village.once daily mooching for food.
Cat ;- our cat ,continually scratched her nose despite regular Veterinary treatment .
Supermarket was and still is only 20 feet from the "open air" stall/vendors,which are considered picturesque..
As for the rest of the complaints!!!
