We have been visiting St. Lucia since 2001. We are constantly looking for new places to eat and enjoy. We love good food and sometimes that's hard to find on a Caribbean island. We had heard about the Pink House last year because we love the pottery that the owner (Michelle Elliott) creates but we never ventured there because we thought it would be too long of a ride. DON'T MAKE THAT MISTAKE. Take the drive it is worth it. Like I said, we love food and have had some good food and some great food (and my husband is a fantastic cook). After we were done eating my proclaimed it to be the best lunch he ever had. I started with an incredible pumpkin soup. The rolls (more like sweet donuts if you ask me) were to die for. I had a lovely salad and my husband had a wonderfully prepared rib eye meal. There was plenty of food.
The service was spectacular and the view over Castries is something else. A must is to check out the St. Lucian pottery on site.
Make this a must visit.
