The WP Boulevard has hardly any attraction to offer. But you may have to pass it to reach other sites and shops. It is a place where you are more likely to be approached by beggars and loiterers than elsewhere in the city (at least places most visitors are likely to go). Over the past decade or two, things have gotten better, but as an "attraction" it can only get minimum score. Let's face it, Castries still has a long way to go to be an attractive capital.
