Clean and tidy,with well manicured lawns around the Community College. Would benefit if some flowers were planted,to attract more visitors.

For a bird's eye view of Port Castries, on the site of historic barracks, (now a college) complete with stables and part of an old sugar mill as well as cannons and plenty of picture worthy spots, this is the place. I spend a lot of time up there as a student and also just chilling. During term time students are scattered in every nook and cranny. In addition along the route there are look out points, touriste areas, (vendors) and easily accessible public transport for the budget traveller. Worth a visit, maybe two1

We took a private trip to the northern part of the island with Serenity Tours. This was one of the points they showed us and overall the did an awesome job. There is some interesting history and architecture at this spot.
