“Nice quiet hotel near a very busy port”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 21, 2012

The rooms were outdated compared to most other hotels i stay at, but it didn't diminish the stay whatsoever. The restaurant was great - food fabulous. I never considered eating anywhere else during my stay. Staff was most courteous and helpful. I plan to return here with my wife as soon as i'm able, and definitely recommend this hotel to visitors to Castries. Nice pool for those who would use it - not generally something i do. Nice and clean. My room had a great view of the harbour.

Smaller hotel, well situated. Unlike another hotel we escaped from during our business trip, this hotel really took care of us, very personable attention. Rooms we had were nice, not spectacular, bathroom could use a bit of renewal, but the food, and the professionalism of the staff made up for all plus more.

I will go back to this hotel when i come back into the region.

One last note: Family owned and run. The owner, a very dignified gentleman, ended up sitting on one of the tables in the restaurant.

Room Tip: I believe I was in 301 or 201. It was their closest to the wifi access point, which can become clogg...

I stayed here twice in 2009 but I'm now getting the chance to write the review, so forget the date of travel selected below. The Auberge was a great hotel and offered very good internet at the time, pool facilities and great food. The view of the docks was great, and someone once told me Alex Trebeck (from Jeopardy) owned one of the yachts on the dock. Its a terraced hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly and it was easy to make your way from there to the city and around town. The pilots stay there, i think its because its a 3-5 minutes drive to the airport! The only really bad thing about this hotel was the price really, otherwise you will have a most wonderful stay in St. Lucia here...

We stopped by here for lunch and a cocktail, the staff at this family run hotel couldn't be more accommodating. It's a great place to stay for peace and quite if you still want to be near the hustle and bustle of Castries.

Auberge Seraphine was the first place I ate lunch when I came on vacation three years ago. The entrance from the Vigie road is reminiscent of a rainforest tour, which is simply enchanting! As a resident and member of an NGO, the conference facilities are utilized often. The service is splendid and the idea of a pool on the roof garden was simply beautifully different. I have had lunch there a few times too! The surroundings are really nice and well-maintained.

Room Tip: Enjoy the roof garden in the cool of the day

we stayed one night 31 july as we had an early morning flight from the airport.
Though the runway may be visible from the hotel, a taxi needs to go along one side and down the other. So 2:5 kms may be tight.
On the north side of Castries, ths hotel would be well placed for Govt offices.
We had room 301 with huge double bed. It was comfortable. Bathroom had a strong shower over the bath.
We struggled to get the a/c device to work in harmony with ceiling fan.
We ate in the restaurant. A good noodles with shrimp . Charming service.
There is a pool about 10 mins long.
There is a free internet terminal
We checked out at 0530 so did not have breakfast

Very nice little 'auberge' style hotel near Castries and the SLU airport. Great value, nice pool and deck, and a beautiful view over the harbour. Breakfast staff need to cheer up a bit and have the coffee ready.

Room Tip: Rooms 301 thru 304 are premium with great views.
