We visited St.Lucia in November 2008 and stayed at TiKaye for the first 5 days. While there, I decided that although the Grenadines Tour is a bit costly, that I really wanted to experience it, and figured I wouldnt get the chance again anytime soon.
TiKaye booked us through Serenity and 2 days later we were picked up by John and driven to the airport.
The Grenadines tour was simply amazing--Beautiful, Relaxing, Enchanting...From the plane we boarded a large sailboat and sailed through the islands. Food was great--Good crowd of people.
I would do it again in a heartbeat.

We recently visited St. Lucia on a cruise ship. We usually try to avoid ship-sponsored tours because they are often crowded so we booked the Volcano-Beach Tour with Serenity. Unfortunately, there were not enough bookings for this tour. I emailed Serenity and asked for other options and they suggested a beach day at the Ti Kaye Resort. While we were disappointed that we didn't get to see the Volcano, we thoroughly enjoyed this trip.

We were met on the pier by a Serenity representative. She escorted us to a dive boat, where we joined four other people for the ride to Ti Kaye. We arrived in about 20 minutes. A recent storm had damaged the pier so we swam ashore. Resort staff took a kayak to the boat and retrieved our belongings. The trip included the use of chairs/umbrella and lunch. A resort employee was present on the beach and prevented the vendors from bothering us.

Ti Kaye is a small resort set on a hillside above a cove with a beach area. This is a black sand beach and is somewhat rocky but the area is very nice. The snorkeling off the beach was excellent with abundant coral formations and a variety of fish. Several times during the day, tour boats loaded with passengers pulled in for snorkeling. This confirmed our decision to avoid ships tours as we saw many of our fellow passengers sharing limited space on these vessels. These tours did not offer protection from vendors and they were immediately surrounded by locals selling their wares.

Lunch was available at the open air restaurant adjacent to the beach. The food was excellent. We enjoyed grilled local fish with an amazing view of the surrounding beach and cove. At the end of the day, the staff took our belongings back to the boat. We swan out and enjoyed the ride back to our ship.

I vacationed with my aunt and cousin for 6 days in St. Lucia. I had been corresponding with John Mathurin via e-mail regarding the options Serenity Tours offers. My aunt had been undecided about them so on our second day, we contacted John to organize a visit to the Serenity Tours office. He actually came over to the villa we were staying at and went through the options. We decided on the Land & Sea and it was fabolous. Our land guide Felixia and our driver Theresa were very friendly and knowledgeable. The scenery was magnificent. The lunch was excellent and the catamaran ride from Soufriere to Castries was lovely. On another matter, to tell you of the level of customer service we received from John, when he was leaving our villa, we asked him for a lift out to the bus stop for us to go into Castries. He, recognizing that we had no idea where we were going, went out of his way and dropped us off at the bus stop in Castries so that on our return, we would know where to go.

It is elating to come back to TA an continue to read good Serenity review. I too experienced their very friendly and personal service last year. Though the hotel did not live up to our expectations, I was glad we used an agent on island to handle all our arrangements. Without John and Sherma it might have been a disaster. I want to join in and highly recommend their service.

Our family traveled to St. Lucia in November 2007 and it was the most awesome trip ever for family vacation. We used Serenity travels and the were very accomadating. There were 10 people in our party and they gave us a private tour of the island and boating excursion. It happened to be my 62nd birthday when we traveled the island, seeing the waterfalls, sulfa volocano, different towns, and the children snorkled during the sea excursion. We ate at a restaurant called the Hummingbird and the food was fablous, the view from the restaurant of the Pitons was unbelievable beautiful. All of our family wanted to sell everything we had and move to St. Lucia. For years to come, we will talk about this trip and how much fun we had. We stayed at a villa La Paloma that had 5 bedrooms, a swimming pool. a cook and a maid and they were great. We were so glad that we had decided in advance not to rent a car as they drive on the left side of the road. We used a cab service Hugo and he drove us where we wanted to go any time we wanted and he was so very helpful.
Our entire family would highly recommend Serenity Travel as a guide to see St. Lucia. The guided tours encluded drinks and food cooked by Caroline, John's wife who owns the tour group. The food was delicious and the rum punch was the best ever. If anyone uses Serenity Tours tell John, Sherma, Vincent and Pauly hello from Missour. Dan & Barba Probstfield
