There are SO many great restaurants in St Barts it is very hard to choose. I picked this restaurant for one reason only...it advertises on its website and throughout local magazines to come on Friday for home made fresh authentic french boulibase. We had an early reservation for St. Bart standards, 8 pm. (restaurants do not get crowded until 9). They were OUT of Boulibase! The table next to us came for same reason and was dissapointed. I ordered a fish dish in a pastry, can't even remember what it was exactly, it was not memorable. Out of the 4 of us, we all decided it was the least favorite restaurant of the week, this was our last night. Our waiter spoke very, very little english. This was the first time we had a language problem on the island. We had quite a few communication problems throughout dinner. If you are going for the boulibase, call before you head over. Needless to say, we won't return next trip. If you advertise for something special...have it available! It was 8 oclock for petes sake! FYI...we loved Bonita, On the Rocks, Mayas, La Plage. All had great atmosphere with great food.
