Although the price may seem expensive compared to oher islands...compared to other hotels on St. Barths it is a STEAL! St.
Barths is one of the most beautiful, pristine and expensive places I have ever been...The Baie des Anges had a wonderful/not crowded beach and a great restaurant and the staff are VERY helpful. Kitchenettes in every room if you don't want to spend a king's ransom going out to eat.
We are going back and will stay here again! What a find!

Hotel Baie des Anges is located on Flammands beach, not far from the deluxe Isle de France hotel. The beach has a long stretch of beautiful pristine sand; however, the water is a little rough for small children. The hotel has an excellent restaurant named La Langouste. Our ocean front room was fairly basic but very clean, and had a nice covered patio overlooking the beach about thirty feet from the waters' edge. We had a kitchenette which had a sink and refrigerator, as well as lots of handy glasses, cookware and utensils. The hotel was very child-friendly and provided us with a crib and a high-chair. The staff was very courteous. The photos on the hotel's website, www.hotelbaiedesanges.com, accurately depict the property, which is attractive overall. We would stay there again.
