Our visit in the low season was at a time in the early evening when we were the first guests to arrive. The loud, jazzy music blaring from the speakers almost turned us around at the door, but we decided to endure it based on the food recommendations here on TripAdvisor. The service was good but not outstanding (well, maybe outstanding under mainland France standards). We split an appetizer of escargo which was outstanding, and some of the wine prices were not bad for quite good wine. Both of us ordered the grilled seafood combination, which was a medley of seafood in a buttery, exotic sauce. The decor is wild Africa, which really sets this place apart. Did I mention the loud music? We left as soon as possible, and would like to give this one a top rating, but would not return because of this. If you are not averse to a beat that would seem less out of place in a Jamaican beach bar, give it a try.
