This was by far our best meal in St. Barths and I could spend hours reviewing all the places we tried during our 3 weeks on the island. The service was impeccable, the food delicious, and the presentation was out of this world. Most memorable was the truffle pasta made in a parmesan cheese bowl, and the chocolate cake literally baked in egg shells. This meal could rival the best in NYC or Paris. Truly outstanding.
