We returned from our 1 week trip to Saba a couple of weeks ago; and we're still longing for the island. Saba is one of the most relaxing, beautiful and unspoiled places that we have ever visited; but the real jewel is its wonderful people. From our very first night to our last breakfast, people went the extra mile to make us comfortable and welcome.

We booked our trip through Dive Saba and Juliana's was our first choice since we started planning the trip. We can not emphasize enough how the owners (Wim and Johanna) exceeded our expectations. They anticipated our every need and really took care of us, making us feel better than at home.

The hotel has everything you can possible need: a very relaxed atmosphere, ocean view from pretty much any place in the hotel (the best thing to see when you just woke up!), nice clean pool, jacuzzi, best breakfast/lunch place in town (can't beat Juliana's special burger!), nice, clean rooms with all the amenities (a lot of them have a mini-kitchen for your snacks), free access to the internet, a nice library (books of different languages available) and the 2 cutest labs of the island!

We are definitely going back to Saba, and with no hesitation will stay at Juliana's again!

Juliana's is a wonderful choice to stay if visiting Saba! Johanna (the owner) was magnificent the way she corresponded with me prior to our stay, and was equally wonderful to us when we arrived. The rooms, the pool and restaurant area, the location and everything about Julianas was wonderful.! We hiked to the top of Mt. Scenery,( which was amazing and challenging for us), ate at some wonderful restaurants including the surreal and fantastic Eco-Lodge, and walked around Windwardside and explored the charming shops. It was a brief, but oh so relaxing stay on an island that is beyond beautiful and charming. I would love to go back someday, and would definately stay at Juliana's again.

We stayed at Juliana's for 5 days in December to visit with our son who is going to the Saba medical school. We just loved this island. Everyone was so friendly...we enjoyed the long walks we took all over the island. We really liked the many hiking trails.
The couple who run Juliana's are just so down to earth...like family. While we were there I came down with the flu and they even offered to make soup for me. They helped us to change our travel arrangements because I was to sick to leave that morning and help us rearrange our flight plans with Win_Air. and those folks were also so nice. Win-Air only charged us 10 dollars to exchange our tickets for the next day. all the restaurants are great. Juliana's prepares the best burger I have ever ate. Treasures has the islands best pizza. Better than any I have ever ate. All the little shops are so close by. And they sell so many unusual items. Good prices! The island is Clean! The trails are well maintained and will give you the most beautiful views. We will be returning again for another visit hopefully next December.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 years in a row and they just keep getting better. The young couple that own the property really do make you feel like you're staying in their home. Rooms are always well maintained, clean and well stocked. the view and location can't be beat. the restaurant is an added treat and the only place you will find a full breakfast offered. If you are planning a trip to Saba there really is only one place to stay.

“Juliana's Hotel Out of This world”

Juliana's Hotel

Just returning to earth after a BEAUTIFUL vacation to Saba and staying at Juliana's. What a beautiful island and top notch place. Customer service is superb!! We couldn't have asked for more. It was a dream come true. We went with a dive group and were treated like family! We have travelled a lot and never received such awesome service. The owners Wim and Johanna did everything possible to make your stay the ultimate experience. They arranged any reservation for expeditions, excellent take out sandwiches to any restaurant you desired. Wim called countless times for air service to St Maarten and when he was successful I chose not to go as I did want to leave the villa. The food was fabulous with generous portions and great endless cups of coffee. They served us themselves. Our room was very nice and the view was drop dead gorgous and it was difficult to get out of our hammock on the porch. If you desire a once in a life-time trip, honeymoon or get away this is Saba and Juliana's is the only place. What a gem we were so fortunate to discover. We will never forget this trip. We are planning to return one day. Thanks Wim and Johanna!!...Hope to see you both again! Diane & Terry
