“Best Food on Saba”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2008

Dinning at the Brigadoon has been an experience in its self. Micheal and Trish have created a warm and welcoming environment combined with fabulous food. Micheal is a wonderful chef who makes sure each of his guest have been fully satisfied by coming out and personally asking them how their food was.

While Micheal is in the back cooking away, Trish is holding down the fort in the front...making sure everyone is comfortably seated and their drink is never empty (she makes a mean creamsicle martini) She makes everyone feel like family, whether they are locals or tourists. Make sure you don't leave Saba without hearing one her jokes or tasting Micheal's Tuna Salad, or experiencing his Sushi....mm mmm good!!

“Must eat here while on Saba!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 27, 2008

Michael and Tricia’s Brigadoon Restaurant delivers high end cuisine and friendly service in a quaint Caribbean setting. The first night we arrived on Saba, we were tired and hungry and had no reservations. Though the restaurant was full and we had no reservations, Tricia accommodated us anyways for which we were grateful. At the end of the night we were going to walk back to our hotel, but Tricia gave us a ride back, which we appreciated greatly! Due to the delicious food and Tricia’s friendliness, we went back two nights later. The tuna over salad and Tricia’s Ginger Saba Spice are must haves if you stop in. Thank you Tricia and Michael! We recommend Brigadoon with confidence!

“paradise in paradise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 23, 2008

My girlfriend and I ate at Brigadoon twice during our short
stay. The food was excellent and the hostess Tricia was the best, very friendly and a true hostess. She fit us in as her last table of the
evening, we had just taken the ferry from st marten and were famished.
We ordered ribs and pan seared tuna over a salad, It was delicious! She did not rush us out but instead came and shared a
drink after we finished as I smoked a cigar (from the menu too)
We returned another night for sushi night which was also very good. We added a falafel and hummus plate and a couple mojitos.

Reservations are important on Saba as everyone is careful not to waste any thing. meaning Brigadoon wanted to prepare enough food but not more than enough.

I think you will be missing out if you do not have dinner there during a stay on Saba.
