We were on Saba for nine nights 2/15/13 and 3 nights we went to Brigadoon to taste the culinary mastery of chef Michael. Trish was a doll, her staff mixed great cocktails and the wine list was extensive at a reasonable price. Don't miss this restaurant and go several times as we did. The seafood chowder was the best I ever had, Michael's specials, especially the lamb shanks....superb. Don't miss the hummus/felafel and don't be afraid to converse with them, they are genuinely lovely people. Thank you for a great dining experience Michael and Trish.
P.S; our last night we were too full to have desert, but Michael called my husband into the kitchen, gave him a generous slice of homemade Ginger - Basil cheesecake, and said "breakfast for tomorrow". It was a most divine breakfast, thanks Michael! Wow!
