This was an unexpected pleasure. It is a food truck permanently located at the entrance of the Preserve between Isabella and Esperanza on Hwy 997. I had the pork carnitas and one serving is probably enough to feed two if you are not starved. I am sure the quality varies depending on the meat that is available on the island and how far down in the pot they have to go to fill the order (time of day). Everything is prepared on order so relax and enjoy a glass of Guava Iced Tea while you wait. The owners are pleasant and will probably strike up a conversation with you while you wait. And, oh....save some room for the brownies (no, not THOSE kind)! They are fantastic and they usually sell out of them fairly early in the day. It is not 5 star but it is very good and I will go back many times before I leave the island.
