We arrived at 5:30 when they open, but it gets busy so make a reservation if you plan dining later. Per the owner everything is made fresh to order and based on the aromas and tastes, he is a man of his word. The crispy scallops in tangerine sauce are to die for and worth going back just for that dish alone. We also had Mongolian lamb, the zen lo mien, fried calamari, Chinese fried rice (also has a Japanease version), and an edamame starter. All first class. For context purposes, I have had Asian food on the West Coast (SF, Seattle, and Vancouver) and the East coast (NYC, and Montreal). The quality holds up.
They offer a grill experience and have a broad range of Chineae and Japanease dishes, including sushi/sashimi. Don't find something on the menu, they will custom create a dish, ie any sauce with any thing they have (meat, seafood, etc). They bill was $120 with tax and tip with no alcohol or desert. They also have a full bar. Nice atmosphere with friendly with attentive staff. Dress casual to business attire. Good for any range eating experience, except an intimate, romantic dinner.
Overall a must and conveniently located close to the major resorts, e.g. Five minute drive from our Ritz Carlton Villa.
