“Good puertorrican food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 9, 2014

I went here with my family for lunch. Service was good and we were sitted quickly. They so not have enpugh high chairs, but will let you take your stroller in if needed. We had pina xolada and thwir fruit punch which were good. Tried the sampler with " bacalaitos, piononos, alcapurias etc... and it was delicious and a good way to try many of the different local food. For entre we had the chuletas kan kan and churrasco chimichurri style with white rice and red beans and it was really good as well. For dessert we had a " flan de queso"to go, and "dulce de lechoza. They were good and the xlassic puertorrican dessert. My husband order the brownie woth ice cream that was not good and would not recommended. They do look like is really busy some nights and they don't take reservation. So I would recommend to go at lunch or early dinner.

“Puerto Rico Vacations”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 8, 2014

Food was very, very good. The portions were huge, so each order can be split among 2 people. The price wasn't too bad. Lots of drink options for kids and adults, the Sangria was excellent, you should try it. If you want to stop for a quick meal though, this isn't the place because the meat takes a long time to roast so we waited for almost an hour although the drinks were served quickly in the beginning. Seating was quick, too. Very kind waiters and waitresses.Beautiful place.

“Slow but good food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2014

Food was very, very good. The portions were huge, so each order can be split among 2-3 people. The price wasn't too bad, it wasn't expensive. Lots of drink options for kids and adults, the virgin pina colada was tasty. If you want to stop for a quick meal though, this isn't the place because the meat takes a long time to roast so we waited for almost an hour although the drinks were served quickly in the beginning. Seating was quick, too. Very kind waiters and waitresses.

“Over priced & and over rated ”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2014

This place has long wait times to sit and longer wait times to get the food. After finally getting in and getting the food it was terrible! The skirt steak Mofongo tasted like the steak was cooked in a microwave served in a dish of hard plantains. The shrimp Mofongo was just as bad. The people next to us were complaining to the manager about the food while we were leaving. I was surprised with this place as everyone always recommends this tourist trap. I think this is needless to say but I wouldn't recommend this place.
