“A little bit of Paris in PR”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 13, 2013

This restaurant has great decor, it feels like a real Paris bistro. The staff is very good, our waiter Jose was friendly and helpful. The terrina de campana was very good. The main courses one was short ribs the other Cordero confit were ok, maybe a little too dry. The dessert Tarta de Chocolate was very good. The overhaul experience was a good one but a little pricey, but I guess when you go to a good restaurant that is to be expected. We will go back.

“Always good!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013

Great service! Good food and atmosphere. A good place to go to after theater or a classical concert at Bellas Artes!

“Great atmosphere and service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2013 via mobile

Went there for the first time out of curiosity and good "word of mouth" comments. The onion soup was average. I've had better elsewhere, but the Churrasco with Roquefort sauce was the best churrasco I've had ever. They have an extensive wine list, but we didn't have any, just cocktails. The filet mignon with crushed pepper was also very good. Some of the sides were lackluster, like the "french" fries.

“Dissapointimg brunch”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 15, 2013 via mobile

I went to Bistro de paris for the first rime like a yeat ago with my sister and although we hated the florentines ee reslly liked the french toast and the fruit salad eith croissant they include with the brunch (along with juice and coffee).
I repeated my visit this month and everything was awful including the french toast and the service. The fruit bowl dis not have a variety of fruits, the french toast were dry and th steak and eggs only had one small egg and a mini portiln of steak. Bacon was cheap And coffee was bad. Not necessary to go there with so mant good places for brunch

“Delicious food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

Bistro de Paris is an authentic Parisian-style bistro restaurant in the heart of San Juan. The food is authentic tasting and delicious.

The wine list is good, but pricey, as is the food. Service can be iffy, depending on the room you sit in, and the waiter who serves you. The restaurant owner - who is French - has all the attitude you find in Paris. The churassco and other beef dishes are delicious. We loved the frisee salad with lardon. Desserts are standard fare for a French restaurant, but not out of the ordinary.
