after i have a reservation in other hotel in isla verde,,wich was booked..a taxi took me to this hotel by telling me is a very nice place..when i get there i could believe whta i saw..the front desk smoking..{marihuana} i could see it in his eyes..he try to hide it it was impossible..i just left quickly..he try to talk to me by telling me to stayed free but anyway i left..you have to come here and see it for yourself..is a very poor place..homeless around asking you for a queater or a cigarrette or even trying to intimidate you..this staff and this hotel dont deserverd to be in tripadvisor for reccomendations of any circunstance,,bu just to prevent someone to come here...its just a warning...dont loose your money....i stayed in another hotel wich is was very nice..i pay $95.00

The day we arrived our vacation did not began instead I found myself having to work and clean. The refrigerator was dirty like if people bath there, hair and nasty dirt in it. The rest of the house was dirty, dust under beds, smells bad, no curtains, the bathroom was awfully dirty. It took us three days of complaining to get everything in order. We had to constantly be asking the staff to get things done. They dont know what they are doing. If you want to have a pleasant vacation experience this is defenietly not the place. I do not recomende it.

nice location..friendly staff..nice patio..manager was excelent..specially santos and jose.. nthey are remodeling some areas but is ok.. rooms are clean and nice also have villas and rooms for up to 10 peoples inside wich is difficult to find in this area..i recomended
