“Excellent way to spend time in old San Juan”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 10, 2014 via mobile

We have been here twice and it is such a great place to explore. There is so much history at the fort and the park service has done an great job of preserving the past. There are many displays depicting life and times of the fort. It's fun to watch the boats come into the harbor. I would certainly go back again.

“Incredible views and rich in history”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2014

We love to visit and tour historic places and we are used to seeing things from a distance and not being allowed to touch anything. That is not the case with El Morro. We were allowed to roam through every part of the fort to see and touch whatever we wanted. The views from the fort are amazing, make sure to bring your camera. It only cost a few dollars to get in, but give yourself plenty of time because it takes a while to go through all of the areas and levels of the fort. Each one is unique so don't skip any. A great way to spend an afternoon in Old San Juan.
