We had breakfast once at Giardino and dinner at another time. I thought the staff was not very friendly at all.
When we went for dinner, we weren't feeling well so my husband and I ordered soup separately and decided to share an entree (the soup was very good, but the pasta was okay). I asked the server to bring us one plate to share, and she brought us two plates of the same thing. When i told her that we wanted one and plan to share, she said rudely that she asked me twice if it was the same one i wanted (i told her twice that we wanted to share 1!).. i'm sure she must have misunderstood me because she spoke spanish better then english (i spoke only english), but the least she could have done is to apologize and take away the other plate. she just stared at us and expected us to apologize.
when we told her to take the other one back, she took it away without saying anything and seemed very annoyed.
