Positives is the food was big portions and seemed like it was good, even though we got some cold lasagna.
Our waiter made this experience terrible is the bottom line. We arrived four of us, and ordered couple salads and a couple main dishes. Salads were good, then came the main dishes. Our waiter, Oscar R brought us the wrong dish. He made some excuses like it wasn't his fault. My expectations are low, if you make a mistake no worries i got lots of grace to give, but he was acting weird about it.
He claimed it was in the stove and it would be there in 10 minutes, minor error. It felt like a bold face lie and after 25-30 min goes by he brings our lasagna. Lasagna takes quite a while to make, so why all the games and the 10 minute song and dance. Obv the other couple is done with their plate so we are in limbo. Doesn't offer anything but excuses, so when he brings the food I say, "I noticed you said 10 minutes for the lasagna and here we are 25-30 minutes later". He stood there speechless like I offended him and made some snappy comment back. We were enemy number one after this and the rest of the experience was miserable. Pathetic is what comes to mind. The lasagna was stone cold in the middle, but Oscar our server would of never known. He finally brought the bill, it was 70 bucks and I gave him a hundred. He didnt even bring me change, I had to walk to the register to get it. I left him 7 bucks tip, you da man bro. Maybe he just doesn't like Americans, don't know and will not be back to find out.
The food was a large portion, and place has potential.
