We were looking for a place to spend the night close to the cruise ship dock, and this fit the bill. The room was small and unremarkable, but the price was right and the location right off of Ashford Avenue in Condado was convenient for last minute shopping. It's not the spot for beachfront, but it's a short walk to the water if you are looking for an inexpensive, no frills room in the Condado area.

Very comfortable stay, very close to the beach and bars. Very quiet and restful stay with an excellent staff. Room was very clean and pool/hot tub was relaxing. The free wifi made the stay even more enjoyable after paying $30 for the internet in Punta Cana in the days prior. Taxi from SJU is $15 + $1/bag.

Nice location. Clean rooms. Price not bad. Lots of restaurant's close by. Chili's, Starbucks are all within walking distance. Beach is across the street. From the airport its just a 15min drive and $20.

very nice room for this price, breakfast are rather 'poor',horrible coffee and very limited food choise. Hotel does not offer 'without breakfast' rate. Nice location for going out and to the beach, which is just few blocks down the road.
