My spouse and I loved this pleasant and very reasonably priced location right on the beach. It was so nice it was hard to do anything but lay on the beach and access the cafe/bar. The staff was friendly but not intrusive and the accomodations, while not like those of a luxury hotel, were perfect for us. I would highly recommend L'Habitation for self-motivated singles and couples looking to relax in a home-like environment. If you want lots of amenities or an activity-intensive or kid-satisfying vacation, I would not recommend this type of quiet b&b setting.

My partner and I stayed here after spending a few nights next door at Numero Uno. Although it is not as aesthetically beautiful on the outside as Numero Uno, the rooms are very cute and clean. L'Habitacion also has a decent lunchtime snack bar that is affordable and very accessible.

I am travelling to Puerto Rico every year since 1990. Unfortunately last year (2004) I could'nt. But this year I will be back and ofcourse I will stay in "L'Habitation Beach Guesthouse". I am always feeling like in a big family and in the meantime Marie and Michel are friends. The location is great, some minutes from Condado Strip and located direct on the beach. I would like to invite you to see this nice place.

My friend Ajay introduced me to the location at Ocean Park. I found the bar area to have a pleasant feeling. Arturo was very courteous to me and my friends. The beach chairs that they rent are clean and comfortable. I also love the fact that the Guesthouse is Gay friendly. Although when I visit Puerto Rico I have my own place to stay, if i had to stay somewhere or recommend a place to someone, I will mention L'habitation Guesthouse. Thank you for the experience.
