This hotel met all of my needs, and I thought it was a good value compared to other hotels in the area. The Marriott has every amenity I could want--a nice pool area, a terrific beach, several dining options, a comfortable lobby bar area, spacious rooms, and a nice location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even when suggesting things for me to do. The hotel is located in between the airport and Old San Juan, so taking a cab either direction is reasonable. The immediate neighborhood has a lot of restaurants and shopping, too. I was disappointed to find that internet access cost almost 20 dollars a day, but I was able to take my laptop to the lobby bar and connect for free (and enjoy a drink). Also, there is a business facility on site that I used my first night there, and this was also free. When I compared prices online prior to my trip, I was a little bit worried that this hotel would be mediocre, but although it isn't really luxurious, it was quite nice. The decor was tasteful and modern, and everything was clean and nice. The pool area has two levels and a swim up bar. There is also an outdoor bar/lounging area that overlooks the beach. I had dinner in the lobby bar, and the food was very good (and not that expensive for a hotel). I had the fish tacos and the tostones, and I would recommend either. Overall, if you find this hotel for a reasonable price, it will be a nice surprise.

Great hotel, awesome location, close to everything and right on the beach. The service was the best. Staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. The food at the restaurants was good, lots of options. the two pools worked out great for kids and adults. The beach services were awesome, we all loved it. Only down side I saw was the waves would be to strong for young kids, ours are older and enjoyed it. The staff at the hotel were the nicest group. I would defiantly stay again when in San Juan.

I am a Marriott Platinum member using points. Was given a wonderful room and was very pleased with the service. If you are staying in Condado, this should be one if your choices. We hung out in the lobby last night listening to live music. Several bands with great music and a fun crowd.

I have spend 4 night in the marriott resort. The swiming pool is very good. The beach is nice because they provide the free chairs and umbrella. The wave always very strong on the beach that's why it is not very good for swiming in the sea. There is a bus stop in front of the resort that have 21 or 53 bus go to old san juan, the problem is you may need wait an hour for the bus. A plenty of restaurant in front of the resort and have starbucks. Anyway, we had a good stay.
