“Amazing views from El Morro”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 28, 2012

Take the free tourist bus to get to entrance to El Morro, although it only takes you to the sidewalk that goes up to it. The views are incredible, not only of the ocean but of Old San Juan. Be sure to let them know you are over 60 to get half price. Most attractions on the island give seniors big discounts, but you have to ask!

“Great place to spend a few hours.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 28, 2012

We walked from Condado beach to this fortress. Took us about an hour. Good sights along the way. We stumbled upon a street art fair and a farmers market which was exciting. The Castillo was very well kept. The grounds was a great place for families to hang out and play or picnic. Inside the fort was very clean and there was a gift shop and very clean bathrooms.

“Awesome historical site”

Very interesting historical site in old San Juan. Well worth the 2 dollar admission. One of the oldest standing buildings built by the Europeans in the New World. A must visit in San Juan
