My husband and I stayed at CA over Christmas and New Years. This is our second Christmas/New Years and plan to go back this coming one. Can't say enough about the friendly staff that make this resort. From the time you check in till you leave you become part of the big happy family at CA(should be called Fun Ambiance).

I was very very sad to hear that Joseph and Garrett were let go. They are a couple of really nice guys, always would ask if you needed anything & making sure everything was ok. Was so looking forward to seeing them this coming holiday.

Bottom line, the place is dated(they're working on it), but clean, food & drink really good, nightly entertainment a great band and if you want to go to a resort where you are a person not a number this is the resort for you.

My friend and I visited over the Chrismas 2012 holiday.This hotel is the best. Not fancy, but warm and wonderful. The food is great, the rooms are clean and well appointed, the view is awesome. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Try a frozen rum cream - the greatest.

Spent a week at Club Ambiance over the New Year's Holiday. The resort is average (food, room, etc), but the experience is made great by the people (staff and other guests). My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Feel rejuvenated.

Traveling with my boyfriend, sister, brother-in-law and parents, this resort was the perfect quiet spot for a small group. The staff there was really what made this spot so special. They were extremely attentive and it was clear their priority was our comfort and happiness. The rooms were clean and the AC worked well. The beds were a little hard, but nothing overly concerning. Anything we needed was quickly attended to. Garreth (Skinny) would love to take you snorkelling, ask for Chris to take you into Ocho Rios for shopping and site seeing. Take a bike ride to the Green Grotto caves nearby as well! The food was excellent with lots of variety through the week. They have the main buffet and then a grill outdoors for lunch time. Beer is only served on tap, but the mixed drink selection went far beyond pina coladas and daiquiris! If you don’t like too much sugar, ask Brady at Legends Bar for a ‘Coloured Cow’. If you are looking for busy, crowded white sand beaches and unnecessarily large lobbies and statues, this is not the place for you. If you want private beaches to spy on sand crabs, beach volleyball, enclosed coves to sunbath in the buff, shuffle board, ping pong, pool and darts outdoors, then look no further.
