“Still the best value in Negril!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 22, 2013

Discovered this place a year ago, and fell in love with the food.
The real "Fatty" is back! Call her Fatty or mamma....she is the sweetest
Jamaican woman with a real talent for authentic Jamaican cuisine.
Better than some 5 stars in the areas at a fraction of the cost.
Incredible flavour ,full plate,always satisfied.
You have to try it once......just come as you are....laid back
Ya Mon!

“Must, must, must go to Fatty's”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2013

Just found out about Fatty's. OMG, the best food, dirt cheap and one of the cutest, sweetest Jamaican people running it (and there's some pretty stiff competition out there for the cutest Jamaican!)

You get a ton of food, cooked with love.

You would never know it was there, or even open or legit, but it is. It is a small, typical family owned restaurant in Negril, so do NOT be expecting high end atmosphere. Plastic table cloths, plastic plates... You get the picture.

“Authentic Jamaican”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 6, 2012

If you are looking for some real authentic Jamaican meals this is the place.
We went there for breakfast one morning and had a choice of 3 or 4 dishes to choose from.
Forget about eggs and toast. The food served is what the Jamaicans eat to carry them through the day. I had the Brown curry stewed chicken which was served with 3 different types of vegetable. So good and filling. One draw back was that no coffee is served but I substituted it
with a cold Red Stripe. Breakfast doesn't get much better then that. The restaurant itself is small and set back from the main road. You can't miss it with the name Fatty's painted on the front. We were told that Fatty's has been around for many years and most of the local people we talked to knew about it. This is a clean, low key restaurant that serves real good food at a very reasonable price. The whole experience is the real deal. Don't pass it by.
