We stayed for 7 nights and were in lovely quiet room in the garden. The rooms are not luxurious or opulent but they have everything you need and are good value for money. The breakfasts were freshly prepared and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We loved just walking along the beach and stopping at other hotels on the way for drinks or snacks. Each hotel had a security guard and so the beach was very safe for walking and talking to the many different people we met. We loved it.
Beautiful weather, beautiful beach and warm friendly welcoming Jamaican people. We'll be back.

My husband and I have been staying at Treehouse every year for at least 15 years and there is really no way to say it all about staying at Negril Treehouse!! First, I would have to say thank you to all the wonderful people working at the hotel!! No words could describe how wonderful and kind and friendly they are and such hard workers who do everything possible to make the guests have a wonderful vacation!!! These wonderful people make you feel like you are at a 5 star hotel. There have been a lot of upgrades at the hotel in the last two years and it is comfortable and clean and has great service! This is the best location on the seven mile beach. The grounds people do a wonderful job and everything is so beautiful from the beach to the back of the property!!! I have to say a special thank you to Stacy and Marlene and Jacinth for their friendship and the happiness they share while they serve you!! All the office workers are so friendly and helpful and Charmaine is always ready to help you with accommodations or any request you have. I believe the bar at Treehouse is the best anywhere and the food and drinks are always great!!! Moses is still there working so hard keeping the beach so clean and helping the guests any way he can! And the maids at this hotel are so sweet and work so hard. Thanks to Jennifer and Jewell and Dawn and Ms. G and all the other housekeeping ladies!! There are so many people you will want to come back and see over and over like we do!!! You will feel right at home from the time you arrive and Jermaine greets you with a smile and helps you with your luggage! Clive will be around the lobby for all your transportation and tours, and he is such a gentleman to travel with!! And you will not want to miss the cocktail party for all guests every Saturday with Liquid Sunshine and a variety of entertainment, including Elrick's band!! Also, you can get the best jerk chicken from Chef Allen!! There are so many more wonderful people you will want to meet, and the beach and water are so beautiful and it's the perfect place to relax and swim and enjoy the crystal clear water!!!! Please remember to show your appreciation to all these devoted hard-working people and help make their lives better too!!

Room Tip: My husband and I love the ocean view rooms and the beachfront suites but many people love the garden...

We have been visiting Negril for over 20 years and have stayed in many places on the beach and on the cliffs in the West End. I have almost loved them all but the Tree House has been my favorite. You'll meet people that have stayed many, many times and wouldn't go elsewhere. Many of the beach hotels have really started to focus more on customer service
and it shows at the Tree House in a big way. The rooms and property are super clean and breakfast provides both traditional American and Jamaican fare. This place is Comfortable, relaxing and friendly. We will be back.

A world class experience best describes my stay at Negril Tree House Resort. Situated on Seven-Mile Beach, the location is perfect. From the moment of arrival, flawless service begins. As a friendly porter loads bags on a cart for transport to the room, capable front desk clerks work rapidly to check us in. Within minutes we are on our way to our room. The grounds, manicured daily by a staff gardener, are truly beautiful. Uniquely engraved stone pathways wind through lush gardens. We are aware of nature at every turn. Arresting visuals of intense greenery and enticing aromas of fragrant flowers invite us to stop and appreciate the beauty. Be sure to watch for humming birds magically suspended in mid-air as they glide from tree to tree. Once at the bungalow, we are quickly oriented to the use of remotes for air conditioning and cable with flat-screen television. Rooms are extra clean and quite lovely. Attentive housekeepers anticipate our every need and work tirelessly to maintain lovely living quarters. First-floors have terraces, and upper-levels have balconies. Quaint sets of outdoor patio furniture make it nice to sit out and take in the peaceful surroundings. There are even single seat hammocks for special, restful moments. An incredibly reliable beach comber grooms the sands for us even before we awake. Chaise lounge chairs are placed everywhere along the glistening sandy shore, with huge sun umbrellas arranged to protect us from too much exposure. Large, soft beach towels are available at the desk all hours of the day and night. Each day begins with a full, complimentary breakfast served on the second-level mezzanine. This wonderful meal featuring authentic Jamaican cuisine starts at 8 a.m. and continues through 11 a.m. In addition to the amazing local dishes, there are the traditional selections for conservative palates. The waiters and waitresses, welcoming and attentive, make each morning a delight. After an early breakfast, we may wish to spend a little meditative time doing yoga. Daily meetings with an inspired and gracious instructor take place on the soft grass of a small arbor. Also within the Tree House complex, arrangements can be made with activities representatives for any type of excursion. Just stop by the outdoor lobby area where jaunts, ranging from nearby points of interest, to trips across the island are easily arranged. We might be surprised to hear about uncharted, intimate spots that the tour representatives know about from their own first-hand knowledge. The day and overnight outings are interesting, unique, and reasonably priced. There are always on-site taxi drivers to bring us anywhere we wish to go. Afternoons spent at either the pool or on the beach invigorate the day. The Tree House pool is large enough to swim laps in, and has a nice shallow end where children will be safe as well. The pool technician maintains a safe and effective chemical balance in the water at all times. Next to the pool, is the Jacuzzi. We are invited to sit and relax in the soothing, bubbly waters always adjusted to the perfect relaxing temperature. Lunches at Tree House are a must. Just have a seat at the outside grill, and the singing chef will prepare a jerk-chicken dish that tantalizes at every bite. The lunch bar is nestled under the cover of trees just off the beach and faces the ocean. Adjacent to the Tree House is the Watersports Office. Here, we can choose from a variety of activities. Water boarding lessons are offered free of charge each morning at 7:30 a.m. Jet skis are available all day long. There are sail boats to journey out in, and also glass bottom boats for the aquatically curious. For the more adventurous, parasailing is a breathtaking option. If a cool, air-conditioned browsing of fantastic gifts suits us, take in the Tree House Boutique. Evenings take on a romantic atmosphere when we choose to dine at the beachfront restaurant and bar. Outgoing bartenders know their drinks, and will personally care for our refreshment requests. Ordering diner before sundown, and enjoying a drink as the golden orb sets into a blue horizon combine for the most picturesque of settings. A panel of chefs, who practice their craft here and abroad, prepares amazing dinners of all varieties. After diner, a walk on the beach can be healthy and intriguing. Eccentric shops present an array of clothing, artwork, music and gifts. Walking in any direction, we are sure to hear people talking in the many languages which represent all continents of the world. Throughout the day and into the night, free Wi-Fi can be accessed in the open-air lobby. Comfortable chairs and lounges, and also glass tables and chairs are arranged casually to accommodate us when we wish to simply rest, sit and chat, meet others, or attend to our electronic endeavors. Do not forget to take advantage of the weekend entertainment. Each Friday or Saturday evening, the day will be posted, our thoughtful proprietor holds a guest appreciation night. We are made privy to an eclectic assembly of musicians and vocalists. Island drinks are served gratis, along with hors d’oeuvres that satisfy even the most discerning tastes. Once we retire to our rooms, the sound of waves can be heard greeting the shore. There are many movie channels on cable to entertain us before sleep. As a returning guest at Tree House Resort, I enthusiastically recommend this world class experience. The owner and entire staff work hard at all times to ensure a seamless stay in Negril. The Tree House is a great place to stay at. My wife & I have been staying here now for the past 4 years in a row, which 2 years ago we got married at the Tree House right on the beach, we would never stay anywhere else. The staff are very friendly & helpful, from the moment you first enter the lobby to the moment you leave the lobby to go back home. Kay, our cleaning lady does such an outstanding job with keeping our room cleaned. Moses, the security person at the beach is always making sure that the beach is well taking care of & that you have everything you need. Gail, the owner is such a wonderful person to deal with & is always interacting with the guests. Great job Gail with providing such a "Grand Stand" of a resort!

I highly recommend the Tree House!

A big thank you to Gail & all of her staff for such a great, fun, & memorable experience!!

Can't wait to see you guys next year..
