“Great resort, would recommend the Couples Resort chain to friends/family !”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 29, 2013

Great resort, would recommend the Couples to friends/family !

We traveled between March 13-20th, 2013. We selected CTI based on online reviews from Trip Advisor.

First impressions were great, they have a lounge at the airport with Redstrip and water available while you wait for the shuttle. We were the first in the lounge, it quickly filled up and within 20 min we were boarding a shuttle to CSS and CTI. Both are in Ocho Rios. Drive took just under 2 hrs. Its a nice drive, flies by and there is a stop at a bar on the way !!

Our check in was smooth and quick, we had to put a CC on file for any resort purchases/damages. Because we booked early, we got a $200 resort credit, which we did not even know about until we bought something from the gift store on day 2. They should have told us upon arrival, as if we didn't need something from the gift shop, we may not have found out until our last day. Oh well, nice surprise and we got couples massages and some coffee for free !! Nice spa too !

After you check in, go see the concierge and book your dinner and caterman resos.

Room - very nice, we had the standard garden view, it was very nice and had a balcony

Restaurants - not as many al la carte as i am used to on vacations, but the buffet was actually really good. Pretty much your only breakfast and lunch options. There was a pool bar/grill that was open for lunch and closed over dinner but was open until 5 am every night. The jerk chicken is awesome there, we got it a few nights as late night snacks. They also have nachos with jalapenos, salsa and melted cheese and a nice sized bar type menu.

Bayside - small menu, beautiful location, we didn't have the best experience there due to the small menu, but that's only due to a dietary restriction, the rest of the resort dining facilities had better options.

Buffet - really good, probably the best resort buffet i've ever had, and to be honest, i do prefer al la carte lunch/dinner options, but this buffet was good. Lots of selections and they changed daily. Had fresh seafood and carving stations, as well as pizza, comfort food etc. We really enjoyed the buffet !

Veranda - al la carte, but no reservations, so first come first serve. We ate there once was good. Seemed like reservations would be a good idea there, as there would be lineups for dinner a half hour before they started seating. We went on our last night around 7 and we were told it was an hour + wait. Reservations would be a better process.

Eight Rivers - a la carte, reservations required, nice environment, great food. They have a salad cart, which is a nice touch !!

Swim up bar - super fun, great staff, seems like they had games there every afternoon, was definitely a fun party atmosphere on some days.

Main bar - great, fun staff. Was near all the nightly entertainment.

Piano Bar - never went in, was always busy, seemed like fun !

Entertainment - great live bands, including the two steal pan bands we saw. Leonardo Carmichael was fantastic. So were all the bands...

Caterman Cruise - amazing time and its included with your stay !! Absolutely do it !!! Fun time, they have lots of rum drinks and they are a fun crew. They stop for a 30 min swim break in a beautiful cove. They do start a dance party on the return trip...

Dunn River Falls - free trip, do it once for sure !!!!

We did a day trip to Bob Marleys Mausoleum with Courtney Taylor Tours, i would 100% recommend CTTs for any excursions. There is a tour company onsite, not sure what they offer as i didn't check it out. Not sure if they offer private tours or not, but CTT does.

Nude Island - we didn't go, but you get a decent look on the caterman cruise. There looked to be a mix of young/old, and from what i heard/observed, seems like a nice community of nudists.

Golf - I played 9 holes one afternoon, the green fees are free, but you have to pay for a Caddy and clubs , if you did not bring them. Its a nice course and if you like to golf, regardless of your dedication or skill, go, it was fun. Clubs and Caddy cost under $50. With a tip and a few beers, i spent about $80 on the day. It was a a nice afternoon and i was back by 4.

Beach - not huge, but big enough. We did not have any issues finding beach chairs, if you want a nice spot on the beach, go earlier than later. Same with the swim up bar pool...

We are planning to go to the new resort in Barbados in 2014 !!

Overall - would recommend CTI and the Couples chain to anyone/everyone... It was a fantastic experience. The staff were professional and courteous.

Leading up to our trip I was on here daily looking for both the good and the bad and found it to be very useful. First off, your vacation is up to you on how you want to make it. I cannot possibly see how anyone could rate a place like this any lower than a 4 or 5 and the ones that do I question if they actually could ever be satisfied or just out looking for something to complain about. We are not these kind of folks. My wife and I are in our mid 30's from MN with two small children and haven't had the opportunity to travel like this in over 9 years when we honeymooned at Couples Negril. To say the least we were overdue and CTI provided just what the Dr. ordered, some much needed "US" time, relaxation, rest and sun! The food and drink are amazing and the options are endless. The staff are extraordinary and always eager to assist and help. The one down side that ended being a tremendous upside is they seemed to overbook the Ocean View rooms so they had to shuffle some things around and offered us to stay in the top floor suite....oh darn!!! The views and the room were unbelievable that we decided to pay the difference and just kept the suite for the entire duration. We would happily return if and when we have the opportunity in a heartbeat! Thanks Couples for helping make lifelong memories for a second time!

We just returned from our first Couples vacation at Tower Isle in Ocho Rios. The following is a summary of the areas of key interest:

SERVICE: First and foremost, the service is first class. No Jamaica Time at this resort! Everyone is always smiling, asking how you are and working their hardest to ensure that your needs and desires are being taken care of. The only really negative experiences we had was with spotty room service. Three times during the week we tried to replace glasses in our room, Red Stripe and bottle opener but we finally gave up trying. Continental breakfast would arrive with Frosted Flakes substituted for Granola which they were out of and the carafe of coffee was completely forgotten.

RESORT: the common areas and restaurants are the highlight with lots of attention paid to the areas that matter. Sea foam green as a colour scheme actually works when set off against black striped cushions. Check out the chrome window hardware in the Verandah restaurant and the cool lampshades in the various restaurants. However the rooms are looking a little tired. Perfectly comfortable and acceptable but nor quite at the same level as the common areas. I would give the rooms 7/10 and the restaurants/common areas 8/10.

FOOD: Everything you read before you go talks about the food and it is all true! They make a good effort to introduce local flavours and items into the menu at all meals. Where this resort really excels is at the non buffet restaurants. You will only get one reservation at Eight Rivers and one at Bayside (both memorable) but we tried to eat as many dinners at the Verandah restaurant as possible as the food and service here was every bit as good as the other restaurants. The Pool Grill was forgettable food - greasy and processed and we only went one time. However the Veggie Bar was fantastic with grilled smoked marlin sandwiches and vegetable paninis. The highlight was plaintain chips (I think) with smoked marlin dip.

BEACH: It is true that the beach is small but after everything we read before we left, the beach was actually bigger than we had imagined. For a real getaway take the shuttle over to the island. The only catch is that you have to sunbathe in the nude. Once you get past the first five minutes and you realize that nobody really cares what you look like, it is a very relaxed atmosphere. The swimming is better here as the water is very clear and there is enough space to spread out and feel that you don't have to be too close to your neighbour.

ACTIVITIES: This is one of the best dive shops I have ever experienced and I been diving for over 30 years and have been all over the Caribbean. Collin and Chris in the dive shop just can't do enough to make sure that your experience is safe and comfortable. They work very hard in taking care of your gear from set up to storage. If tennis is your thing then the other Colin, the tennis pro, will take care of you. As divemaster Collin puts it," my brother Colin but not from the same brother and not from the same father." Tennis Colin ran us through some vigorous drills in the morning to really help you improve your game. My husband, who is an advanced player, showed up at 5pm each day and had the pleasure of playing doubles with a mixture of other guests and the pro. The spa is also an amazing experience. We did a couples massage and it is in a very tranquil and lush setting behind the resort and you feel like you are in another world.

EXCURSIONS: If it is at all possible, try to see Dunn's River Falls on a Saturday or Sunday when there are no cruise ships and avoid the huge crowds. The Falls are worth seeing but it can be just one continuous conga line going up the 900 plus feet to the top of the attraction. Upon exit, be prepared for the labyrinth of tacky tourist stalls before you find your way back to the bus. The Catamaran cruise is ok. The boat has seen better days and the sail was "out of order" but not a bad way to spend a couple of hours, especially since the day we went the weather was bad and it was better than sitting on a beach chair on a windy overcast day.

We stayed from 15 to 22 of March 13. We were in the room 4201. We had a great view on all the place. The setting is beautiful. Our bedroom was clean and the bed so comfortable. We really appreciate that we always could have a place to have fun and a place to be quiet. The most important positive things of this place: the food and the service. People there are so nice, they always have time to speak with you a few minutes, the service is great (even at the buffet patio). The food was perfect and more. Always have something we liked. Don't miss the Eight Rivers restaurant and its gourmet dinner. If you want a room very quiet, maybe you should take one on the garden or not near the swimming pools. Our room was just over the pool with bar and was a little noisy in afternoon with music and water games but it was over at 6 pm. We appreciate also that they don't have a lot of sellers on the beach, it's private. Great selection of activities, many are included in the price. Also evening activities: dinner on the beach, movie, live shows... The resort has a little island for nudists, if you are into that. Our shopping experience was disapointing and it should be ungraded. We saw many places in the Caribbean and this one is one of our two preferences now. It's sad to see that Jamaica seem to be going through hard times: alote of poverty outside of the resorts.

Room Tip: Stay away from the rooms near the pools if you're not in a party mood. Everything is quiet after...

5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2013

Just returned from Couples Tower Isles. We had a large crowd - 24. We were treated very well. They kept asking us if we were having a good time. We were smiling the whole time. I've been on cruises, other resorts, this was by far, my favourite. I loved our Garden View Room. It was great sitting out at night in perfect tempertures listening to the different birds. Also, it's not one of those large resorts, I believe there are around 240 rooms. You can walk from one end of resort to other in a short period of time. A special thinks to our room attendant (3317). She's been working at the resort for many years and would leave me a flower on my pillow. She was in our room a couple of times a day.

And you can order liquor service. Want a bottle of wine, pop, juice, just give them a call, be there when then arrive a very short time later and voila!! Happy Hour! Instant cocktail party before Dinner.

We loved the beach,- lots of beach chairs. And you can use the cushions to float around the ocean. For some of us, we can't stay out forever in the sun but we like being on the beach. If they had a few umbrellas out for to use during my next visit, that would be an extra bonus. Yes, I would go back. As far as wind, I loved the breeze.

They have vendors on the beach that are contracted to by the hotel. They are very friendly, not pushy. I paid what they asked. I don't barter and the prices are fair. They made me a grass hat, they made me a necklace in certain colours to match my dress that night, they were all wonderful. My husband and buddies would sit out of the sun in the shade and talk to them for hours, getting to know them and their culture. Amazing friendly people.

Bus Ride from Montego Bay Airport. very entertaining. They will also make a "pitstop" for you if required. Both bus rides were fun, the one leaving the resort was a lot quieter then the one going to the resort.

And I couldn't believe how organized our check in was. We arrived, they had us complete some paperwork, ensured we were fed at the Beach Grill. They know they have a large group coming. And did we ever appreciate it. The Beach Grill is a great place to grab something to eat. I don't normally eat chicken nuggets but they have the best!

Food - Well, I think I gained a few pounds, maybe more. We loved the food, breakfast was great, lot of variety. The Buffet is good no matter when you go, breakfast, lunch, supper. We were all so impressed. I think we just went for lunch some days because we wanted to ensure we didn't miss anything. They had these large shrimps one day, they had the best Creamy Spinach soup, etc. So you don't want to miss a day!

We ate a couple of nights in the a la cartes. Service/food is a 5/5. Don't forget to bring a pair of dress pants, you need them for one of the restaurants.

We also did the Catamaran Boat Ride. The 3 pm one, It was great fun, the crew will entertain you and take good care of you. They bring you to a nice cove to go swimming. You can dive off the boat if you wish or a belly flop will suffice. Then we came back and had a very large pool party.

Some of us left the resort for other adventures, not us, we were there to relax and it worked.

So to our friend (she knows who she is) who found this resort, organized us, booked our dinners, etc. kept the party going, hats off to you. Also, because of the great group we were with, there was always something going on which you could join in. They have a great guy in the Piano bar, go and see him. We had a sing along one night with him, all of us, even those that can't sing. And they have great entertainment at night after the Dinner buffet.

To the Management of the Hotel, keep it up. When we travel for that one or two weeks a year, we want to relax. We want to eat well and enjoy the experience. We just want to forget about life for the moment. Oh and they have WiFi that works if you want to keep in contact with home. And Couples resort did that. When you read these reviews, you have to respect others opinions but something that you may not notice, others may see as an issue/complaint.

There was a great person that would "magically" appear if we were a bit noisy and she handled the situation very professionally, hats off to her for excellent customer service.

When you leave a resort happy and pass it on and if you want to go back there, then you realize you have found what you're looking for in a resort.

Oh and lastly to West Jet Vacations and Maritime Travel, thanks! Although I love travelling, I also like touching down safely at the Halifax Airport. Plus the crew at West Jet, they are hilarious. They see us going down on our vacation, all excited and when coming home, sleeping all the way!
Thanks for the memories.

Room Tip: I enjoyed the Garden View, it was a change from sitting out on the beach all day. Also peaceful back...

Stayed 25 Feb to 12 March 13 We. Did have a lovely time and met some lovely people but for 5 stars and the price.......the jury is out.....

Check in efficient if not friendly, wash towel given but no refreshments offered.Kirk the bell guy made up for it, and was absolutely wonderful on our arrival and until we left, he is amazing.

Rooms...we booked Secret Rendezous due to Couples Group being booked out, this means you get the best available room in the Hotel on arrival, this is NOT a cheaper option, as it was the same price we were quoted a month before. YOU DO NOT GET BEST ROOM BEWARE......1st room overlooked entrance to hotel and parking/turning area, VERY LOUD, by lift and ice machine, 2-3 days later after our Travel Agent intervened we were given another garden view room without the car area !!!!!!! Requested daily that we would like to change to sea view room or hotel, and PAY for it.....no result, told all Couples overbooked !!!!!! yet found it very annoying that other guests at hotel were able to upgrade, change rooms etc., especially as some guests were on Groupon deals from the States and paid alot LESS than us,.....bad customer relations and liason, leaving me lukewarm at the service of front desk offered us on this. If we couldnt PAY to upgrade why were alot of other guests offered same ???
That said rooms are very basic, functional, old fashioned for the money, but kept very clean, and we made the best of it. Dont expect 5*, more like 3, no lights on balcony to have a late night drink or read, no bath.

Food and Drink.........Food in all Restaurants was wonderful, fresh hot and definately the best All Inclusive food we have had, in Mexico, Cuba etc., Deserts are to die for, infact most of the food is, no usual canteen/Buffet junk here. Service in all restaurants was good....once you get used to being on Jamaica time, you can wait a long time to be served, annoying at beginning of holiday but you get used to it and go with it. One server stood out for us and it was Andre in the Buffet, he kept us hydrated and anything we wanted was no problem, he is such a nice kind person, professional and hard working, a true credit to Couples.

Drinks......it advertises itself as a premium brands hotel, yes they do serve them but mostly in the Piano Bar that opens at 6pm, the main bar by buffet/beach has limited brands, but no
Diseronno or premium Ameretto, No Hendricks or Bombay Gin, in any bar. Mixers were very limited, no fresh bananas, lemons, limes, mint and cocktails were very below par and a let down for me......super strong alcohol but very little to mix with it, and a lack of fresh fruit for cocktails, most were made with fruit syrup and flavourings......not my thing. But that said we did get by and enjoyed what the excellent staff made for us, Terrys chocolate martinis are amazing beware. If you like your alcohol sstrong and straight you will be fine.

Beach.......very small and can be walked in 2 minutes and does get very crowded, can be grubby from guests throwing stuff in sand. Red flag service.......cant say it worked for us and was never offered one, we got most of our drinks ourslves, from bar upstairs.

Vegie Bar......excellent, best vegetable juices i have tasted and yummy snack, Donald and the other chef were excellent.

Weather..... cant be controlled but not good for about 5 days, 5 days of Sun and 4 days of so so weather. But beware it is very very windy, By 2-3pm you are chasing the sun around trying to eak out the last rays......very disappointing and not what we expected, apparently talking to others who are regulars the wind and chasing sun is usual this time of year. Surprised we didnt come home with wind burn!!! Water was lovely but a bit choppy at times but enjoyed when weather permitted.

Pools didnt use as water was too cold, and pool with bar was in shade early.

Entertainment-great we really enjoyed it, Steel Band, Jazz, Singers, Dancing, it is on a weekly cycle. Beach BBQ and International night were excellent. Martini nights on roof 3xs a week were ok but lacked atmosphere, would be excellent if Couples could put an open Air daily bar up here with sofas etc., and it would be used more, was a lovely place to go chill, chat and have a drink, but its not used enough.

Staff....They are absolutley the best thing about this hotel, friendly, kind, smiling, want you to have a good time. A few whose service stood out for us was Buffet...Andre, Janjay, Sean. Chefs at Vegie Bar, Patrick at Eight Rivers.
The staff are what made our holiday for us.

We did have a lovely holiday with some gripes, would consider returning....maybe but only for a week and definately not at this time of year......

Tip.... ensure you guarantee you sea view room prior to arrival, as virtually impossible to change onsite.

Room Tip: If you like the wind then this is the place for you......

Couplesops, Manager at Couples Tower Isle, responded to this review, March 25, 2013
Dear Reviewer
Thank you for taking time to give us very valuable feedback regarding your recent stay at Couples Tower Isle. We are pleased that you were satisfied with the food, the staff and the entertainment. We apologize that we were unable to provide an upgrade while you were here as we were fully booked and upgrades are sold based on availability. Last minute cancellations could have resulted in upgrades being offered to other guests. At this time of the year the weather can be unpredictable and we regret that this had a negative impact on your stay. Since October when the island was affected by Hurricane Sandy the supplies of limes and bananas have been inconsistent and government regulations do not allow for the importation of those items. We hope that the supplies will improve in the upcoming summer months. We are sorry that you found the beach small and unappealing however the majority of our guests love the privacy and intimacy of our beach unlike other resorts where the beach can be easily accessed by the public. We appreciate your comments and look forward to hosting you in the near future.

We stayed here the week of March 11th and had a wonderfully relaxing time! Although we've previously stayed at (and loved) Couples Sans Souci, we purchased a groupon for Tower Isle. As usual, the Couples way is ever-present at this resort. Everyone is friendly and always trying to lend a hand. Some particular shout-outs include: Byron, Everald, Craig, and Fennella. Everald greeted us upon check in and gave us a tour of the property while we waited for our room to be ready (we arrived much earlier than scheduled). Byron brought us to our room and had us cracking up by the time we made it from the lobby to our door. We had a couples massage, and as many others have posted, Fennella is amazing! She managed to get me to relax (a nearly impossible feat), especially considering that she had to expertly avoid my sunburned spots.
Since this was our 2nd Couples stay, we were treated to the Repeat Guest Dinner on the night of our arrival. If you haven't already done so, I highly recommend this as it was a great experience. Even though we had not stayed at CTI before, it was so nice to have a five-star dining experience while having CTI employees to share it with. Everald and Craig sat with us that night, and shared tidbits, personal stories, and some funny remarks as well. The really nice part was that Craig was there that night to receive an award for his extraordinary service. He and his wife were so kind, which only added more to the feeling that Couples truly welcomes you "home" like family.
Room: We were in a Deluxe Ocean room in block 4 on the 1st floor. This block is closest to the swim-up bar pool. Although very active & energetic during the day, the pool does clear out after dinner, so there's no loud noises/music to worry about in the evenings. Some reviewers said that the 1st floor does not give as nice of a view of the sunrise, but we had no problem seeing this as the resort is built into the hill. I will definitely agree that you need to stack towels on the bathroom floor to prevent flooding anytime you shower (even if you point the showerhead at the wall). Fortunately, the housekeeping staff come by multiple times a day, so they always dry the floors & replace the soaked towels with fresh dry ones.
Food: As with CSS, the food at CTI was very fresh. I will say that the buffet was not as varied from day to day as we found at CSS, but the food was still good. The pool grill was great for casual lunches during the day and snacks at night. 8 Rivers was excellent, as was the Verandah, so definitely try them if you can while you're there. We did not get a chance to try Bayside, but it was set on the water, so the views were really stunning.
Water: The beach is nice and private with plenty of chairs, floats, and service. Every morning, the staff would come around with the drink of the day. In addition, each couple is given a flag to hold up when they'd like to order. We found that the staff came by to check on everyone often enough that we didn't need to use the flag at all. I do have to agree with other reviewers that some groups go out early in the AM and take up chairs even though you'll never see them throughout the course of the day. We had an early check-out departure and had to be up by 5:15am, and one particular group had already blocked 6 chairs for the morning before the staff even finished prepping the beach. However, we never had a problem finding chairs during our stay even though it was fully booked.
In regards to the pools, if you're looking for a fun & energetic experience (read: music, games, loud people), then the swim-up bar pool is your best bet. We opted to stick with the main pool, which offered multiple terraces of sun and/or shaded areas, as well as tables and chairs for when you wanted to grab a bite outside. The staff do offer to bring drinks while you are in this pool, but the bar is just a few feet away. For some reason, even with daily activities, this pool was much more calm during the day.
Game room: It may sound silly, but whenever we wanted to do something fun, we ended up here playing pool or ping-pong. I never ever would've considered this especially at a no-kids resort, but we had a great time doing something that falls between relaxing at the beach and actual excursions/activities.
Spa: The spa services were excellent. It is located in a secluded section of the resort, surrounded by trees and gardens. There is a separate entrance and a little bar that serves infused waters in a variety of flavors (watermelon, ginger, lemon, etc), which was so refreshing! Once you go to the spa for any services, you are able to remain there and use the small pool, hot tubs, and steam rooms. We opted to stick around in the pool for a while after our massage, and this really added to the relaxation process. ALL of the spa staff were wonderful, and I really wish I knew all of their names to personally thank them.
Guest services: Anytime we had questions, whether we called or went in-person, the staff at the desk were so helpful. They were really on top of their game, and able to help multiple couples at once. In addition, there was one younger woman there who went above and beyond to help us. I hate that I don't remember her name because I would love to compliment her work ethic. We had an "issue" while we were there (repeat guests receive a Couples t-shirt each, but they were out of mens' shirts when we arrived). This employee remembered us, contacted the office to get a status update, went in person to a different building in the resort to inquire about details, and promised to let us know as soon as they had them. A few hours later, she saw us in the lobby, and came running over to make sure that we picked up the t-shirt that had been received. I know this wasn't really a major issue/problem, but she treated it as though it were, and her willingness to go ABCD was an unexpected treat!
Comparison of CSS to CTI: For those of you trying to choose between the two Ocho Rios resorts, we found the following differences:
Overall: CTI was much busier & lively throughout the day, whereas CSS seemed much calmer.
Beach: CSS has a smaller beach than CTI, but seemed to have a smaller # of people using the beach.
Spa: CTI's spa is in the gardens, whereas CSS performs massages in private cabanas on the water.
Food: CSS's buffet offered more variety each day, but the restaurants were not as varied as the ones at CTI.
Rooms: At CSS, we had an oceanview jacuzzi suite, which was really amazing. At CTI, we had a deluxe oceanview room, which offered a similar view/balcony, but was obviously more basic in comparison.
Pools: At CSS, the pool was used throughout the day & at night as well. At CTI, no one went near the pools after dinner. Not sure why, but that was our experience.
Atmosphere: At CSS, you can walk up & down and all over the property during the day, but at night, there's not really much you can explore. At CTI, the resort is all in the same area with several patios and terraces to relax around. We enjoyed rocking in the benches on the patio outside the CTI lobby at night listening to the waves. Also, CTI seemed to have much more music & entertainment after dinner hours. Depending on what you prefer, it can be nice to have some peace & quiet (CSS), or you may want to dance or sing karaoke after dinner (CTI).
Staff: ALL Couples employees are wonderfully kind, helpful, and work so hard every single day! While there are many stand-outs at both, our experience was that at CSS the staff were a little more hands-off. They were there if you needed them, and always pleasant. At CTI, the staff go out of their way to say hi, share a story, ask about each guest, and remember everything. I'm not sure if it really varies by resort, or if they can just sense what type of mood guests are in. (we were at CSS on our honeymoon & really wanted some quiet privacy; we were at CTI for a casual, relaxing trip away) In addition, I feel that we tend to overlook the staff in the airport lounge who provide your 1st Couples' impression upon arrival. You know once you get to that lounge, everything is going to be alright. The staff their are always on top of everything you need, so friendly, and help each person just relax until they are ready to board the bus for the ride to the resort.
Couples in general: Join the Romance Rewards program when you book your first trip to any Couples resort. They will let you pre-check in to request your mini-bar inventory choices, keep your preferences on file, and offer new perks for each trip you take. For instance, we each received a Couples t-shirt, were invited to the Repeat Guests dinner, and received a resort credit for our stay.
Although each resort is different, as long as you stay with Couples, rest assured that you will have a wonderful & relaxing experience!

Room Tip: If you want privacy & quiet, opt for the garden rooms. If you don't mind hearing other guest...
