Our stay at Grande Ocho Rios was very pleasant. There was a lot to do and the resort is beautiful. We did get a 3 room updrade once we arrived which bumped us from the Manor side to the Riviera side which was very nice. We had a great time. This is my third Sandals resort. The only downfall for us was that it was just too big. The resort is split by a road and there are shuttles that take you back and forth so that is a plus. It seemed that the staff wasn't as attentive as they were at the "smaller" resorts and there was usually a shortage of things, such as towels, etc. A lot of walking especially on the Riviera side to get from the Watersports side to the pool side, up and down stairs. Other than that, we had an awesome time!

This was one of the best vacations that me and my husband have been on. The resort was breath taking and the staff was the best. They made you feel like you were part of there family. We plan on going back to this resort every 2 years.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable and spacious and the views of the gardens were beautiful and gave a sense of seclusion. The staff were friendly, warm, courteous and eager to give us information about Jamaica. They made us feel as if we were at home among friends and family. Being all-inclusive, we received all the drinks and food that we desired. There many choices of cuisine and options to dress up or down. Everything was delicious and service was expedient and always with a smile. The pools and swim up bars were wonderful. We were married at the resort and celebrated our honeymoon as well. Even amongst hundreds of guests we had space to feel intimate. We were very relaxed and spoiled throughout the entire week.

From the first day, when we arrived and met Jill the Playmaker (she was terrific!!), our trip was so much great food, quality entertainment and fun activities. We also apprecaited the other Playmakers we met, Emmerson, Olivia, Tracey Ann and O'Dane. The staff is so helpful & we NEVER were bored. It was a wonderful time, celebrating our 10th Anniversary - we also appreciated Clyde of the Jitney drivers!!!!
