My wife and I had lunch twice during the week of 18 March 2013 at this wonderful restaurant. On the first day, my wife had mahi mahi and I had duck. both were wonderfully prepared and came with a delightful side of potato, carrots, fresh green beans, yams and spinach. The duck was said to have been prepared with an apple sauce, but it seemed to have more of a maple glaze, which was delicious. The star of the meal, however, was the mahi-mahi. Flavorful and moist, seared on the outside and simply delicious. Service was excellent, and our only surprise was that the restaurant was empty for lunch. The second day my wife had spaghetti with lobster and vegetables (onions, tri-colored peppers), and it was also very well prepared and delicious. I ordered their "full house" pizza. The pizza was good, but I wished I had ordered something that brought out the chef's skills better. All in all, Toscanini's will be one thing that will bring us back to Jamaica.
