Don't expact to be 5 star hotel. It is great value hotel for the family.You will see all kinds of people..down to earth people and some local people too. The food wasn't good except Jerk Hut. The Jerk sauce is awsome!! A La Carte resturants were not worth getting on the line at 6:45am. The room was outdated and tiny bathroom. Not so friendly staff at reception desk.
The weather was amazing during Christmas/New Year...just like the paradise! Beautiful ocean and wonderful weather, what can you ask for more?? When we snokel, we saw so many creatures; lion fish, sea cucumber, sea slug and all kind of beautiful fish. The texi was so expensive, to go to 7min away golf course, they charged $40 round trip. Locals will pay $2.
I didn't like the fact that tourist have unresonable price. We hired private driver from Jamisland tour for airport pick up and other excursion, it was so nice. I highly recommend to you.
