From making my resevation with Karla Bowen I knew my vacation was off to a great start, she was helpful and friendly and pays attention to detail. Upon reaching the hotel on that first day of my trip, all the staff were kind and friendly and very very helpful.
The staff in the resturants such as Richard Coleman who is the manager for the Japanese resturant, made us feel so special and at home. Diana also from the Japanese resturant was very entaining all the staff from the various resturant was kind helpful such as Renaldo, Aaron, Michael, Delano (coffee man) Margret, James, Paul and Neal fron the French restutant..

The white sand beach was pristine second to none. I enjoyed the beach I spent most of my time at the beach and also that hugh swim up pool bar. The holel very attractive and it is home away forom home. I would recomend it to any one who wants prestige and elegance.
This was my best vacation ever. Thanks to the wonderful and couragous staff at Secret Wild Orchid Montego. Will be back

WOW. The service was excellent from top to bottom. The room was great very comfortable clean and what a view.
We came here not expecting a 4th of July party boy were we wrong! The entertainment staff put on a great party from banners, balloons and a big bbq with great food and drinks, The parade started the party, and it ended with a beautiful Fireworks show. We were blown away at how they made all of us celebrating feel at home!!
We want the staff to know we really had a blast and thank them for all the efforts they put in. The food was great the staff could not have been better. The most friendly people you will ever meet!! To all Jamaicians "Thank you for sharing your beautiful country with us!!" If you are not sure what to order ? Take a chance, I did, let the waiter order for you what a treat!! You will not be dissappointed with the resort, service, fun and beauty...Thanks SWO for a awsome trip and a great 4th for everyone...

Please do not listen to the negative comments regarding this property. I am so glad I did not listen to them and decided to take the plunge and listen to the POSITIVE comments.
My husband and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary at SWO and had a WONDERFUL time!
The rooms are magnificent, the staff attentive and friendly and the restaurants and bars are great! Additionally, the grounds are kept clean!
The only thing I had a minor issue with was the rocks on the beach. The first few steps into the water are a bit uncomfortable and you have to be careful where you're stepping....hopefully they will be able to clean out the rocks soon but that was the only downfall of the property.
The amenities the hotel offer as well where outstanding - the Coffee Bar gives Starbucks a run for it's money! Definitely look out for the Jerk Chicken Cart which is around the bend walking towards the Restaurants and a bit hidden during lunch time - the chicken is great! Do not waste your time getting the Jerk Chicken at the pool b/c they do not compare! In that same area you will also see a Coconut Cart which they will open for you and if you like will put Coconut Rum with your Fresh Coconut Water - DELISH!
At night by the Coffee Bar they'll play Classic Movies "AL FRESCO" - what a great idea! The shows were also fantastic!
Now for those of you reading this and thinking, "what do they know" or "well, where have they stayed before" - my husband and I as well as my family travel a lot. We've stayed numerous of times at Sandals, Ritz Carlton's, Four Season's you name it. Comparing this all inclusive to a Sandals was where I was apprehensive. I knew and was familiar with Sandals cuisine so I was apprehensive but to my surprise the food at Secrets was definitely decent. Bordeaux was definitely the BEST restaurant there. The breakfast buffet was your typical and normal breakfast buffet - from made to order omlets, fruit array, cheese, breads and pastries, you name it - even a small "Traditional Jamaican" section (which was great and wish they could add a Traditional Jamaican Cuisine to all the restaurants.)
You cannot go wrong coming here....we definitely look forward in coming back! Until next time SWO....see you soon!

My mom and I just returned home from our 2nd visit to Secrets Wild Orchid. What an amazing trip! This hotel tops the charts and the best part about it is the staff. Since this was our second time there many of staff members recognized us and once again made us feel like family. From the bellman (Uroy and Hopeton), the bartender (Fabian), the piano player (Andre), to the entertainment staff (Althia, Shane & Kim).....You all made us feel so special. Your endless kindness was so appreciated! My mom and I can't wait to go back!

Our group of 7 visited Wild Orchid June 22-29.
Check in: We arrived at the airport where the Apple staff was ready to load us up on the bus. Several in the group got a beer at the bar and we loaded up. The 15 minute trip was great. Upon arrival around 12:30 we were immediately given cool wet towels and offered drinks to cool off as we checked in early. Everything with check in went very smoothly. Loved the anniversary surprises! We enjoyed Hopeton, who brought up our bags and explained everything in each of our rooms to us. There were a few things out of place and he made sure it was taken care of immediately. (He recognized and had fun with us all week then also took care of us upon our departure.) We then went down to the pool and had lunch at Oceana, which was good - but not great. Jerk chicken pizza was good. Later in the week we found out that Seaside had better lunches with a bigger antipasto bar and more selections on the menu.
Rooms: Overall the rooms were great, large with plenty of storage, clean, and well outfitted wit quality toiletries including sunscreen (would like to see conditioner added). The bed was extremely comfortable. There were a few issues, but whenever we brought it up, it was taken care of in a timely manner. Our safe needed batteries. The staff sent someone to fix it, but they did not come in, as we were not in the room when they came. They left a note and my husband called when he was in the room so they came right away and fixed it. For a 5 star resort the air conditioning system seemed outdated and rather 3 star. Our room was fine most of the time, but we had to have the unit looked at twice. It was fixed immediately both times. I'd rather not be at a resort and worry whether my room was going to be too hot every time I went into it. Our room attendant, Marjorie, was fabulous!!! She always had the room clean and went the extra mile with decorative surprises three times in our 7 night stay. It was fun to come "home" to a clean well kept room with surprises. We were offered turn down service each night and accepted a few nights. A couple of nights we were gone and left the privacy light on. The staff left a note that we could call to have them come back and when we didn't, they left the "Sundial" news under our door. In room bar was always stocked nicely by Ruth. We felt very taken care of by the staff.
Restaurants:The restaurants were good, but inconsistent. The buffet was good, but standard. Great fresh fruit and omelets for breakfast - and lots of other choices as well. Everyone always found something good to eat. Blue Mountain was good for a try at local flair, but the boys steaks were very tough. Another traveler went there a different day and said the steaks were tender and juicy. Bordeaux was outstanding the first time we went and Kamesha was a topnotch waitress. All the food was excellent. We tried to go back another night and get Kamesha, but she was too busy so we got another staff member. The second night, the food and service was not as good. The server seemed new and confused and the food took forever to arrive. Hamitsu was a fun experience with Nashville and Marlin. We were very entertained and the food was good. If you go there make a reservation and know that you will only have one hour, as they turn over tables quickly (the other restaurants allow 2 hours for the whole experience). Portifino was OK. Great apps and soup and salad. Entrees were just ok. Jerk chicken cart was awesome and we visited frequently during our stay.
Bar: Staff and drinks were the best I've experienced at an all-inclusive. Drinks were strong and large and kept coming. Leon and Mika worked their tails off at the swim up bar, yet they were always smiling and willing to whip up whatever concoction we requested. They even did rounds of shots at the bar occasionally for everyone who happened to be sitting there at the time. Made for many happy customers! Make sure to get a Mexican Dessert shot and Chocolate Cake shot while there!!! Kedeisha, one of the Sugar Reef Cocktail waitresses was also outstanding. At one point the boys went to get jerk chicken and when they returned she had a round of drinks ready for them, as she had anticipated their request. We were all very impressed with the staff and quality of drinks.
Spa: What a fun, relaxing 3 hours!!! The girls went for 80 minute massages. We spent time prior in the hydrotherapy room, but didn't have time for the full cycle, so the attendant told us we could come back after our massages. We did, and loved it. We also spent time in the relaxation room, enjoying the refreshments and the delicious oatmeal cookies. Well worth it!
Excursions: Went on Cool Runnins tour. This was a party boat, snorkeling, and Dunn's River Falls trip. If you are into crowds and the party scene, this is the trip for you. The boat was crowded and the snorkeling not great (too many people, not enough sea creatures). We actually had a great time on the return trip, as the entertainment staff was great. Was a cool trip to do once, but I would not do it again. Be careful if you purchase party pics or DVDs at the Falls, as not all of your pictures will be on the disk.. We should have asked to look at it prior to purchasing.
Another day we hired a driver to take us shopping in Ocho Rios and to Margaritaville for lunch. This was not a regular tour, as we didn't want to abide by time frames. We really enjoyed this trip. Our driver, Michael, took us many places. We would mention something we wanted to see or buy and he would take us to a place that had it.
Entertainment staff: We loved Bree and Kim, who taught us new dance moves and played games with us all week. These girls work constantly, morning to night to make sure the rest of us are having fun. The staff at the boats were great too. Not only did they take us snorkeling, on Hobie Cat rides, and helped out with the kayaks, they also gave us lessons in how to talk "Jamaican". What a fun crew!
I would recommend this trip to anyone. Caulette and Bernadette really work hard to make this a vacation to remember. I've never returned to the same place twice, but I will return to Secrets Wild Orchid!

Room Tip: Ask for room on upper floor. If you are not happy with something, let the staff know. They are alw...

My husband and I arrived at Secrets around 1pm on Saturday June 18, 2011. Our room was not quite ready, so we ate lunch at the World Café and spent about 30 minutes exploring the property. We went back around 2pm and our room was ready. Lance and Abbie Gail, at the Secrets Wild Orchid preferred club desk, were professional and very very nice! Jeffery handled our bags from the time we arrived until we put them in our room. Jeffery was great! He was singing to us, dancing, and taking pictures. He really was great! We were celebrating 5 years of marriage; they had a pretty happy anniversary banner on our door, and a couple of other special things inside like fresh flowers and fruit. The grounds of the property were gorgeous 5stars! The staff for the most part was pretty good (all were friendly, the communication got all screwed up) but, for the most part I have to give the staff 4stars. The room, I was in SWO PC Jr ocean view suite. It really was just the size of a regular hotel room in the states. I was disappointed in the size. Too small for staying a week. The furnishings were pretty, and the room was clean. The rugs beside the bed needed to be replaced badly. There were some little things that did not bother me, but needed fixing. Holes in the wall, mildew in shower, toilet not flushing, and the shower leaks into the “office” area (toilet), the soaking tub leaked badly. These were all small things to me, I brought Lysol and Clorox wipes to disinfect (I always do this when staying away from home). And we really did not spend much time in our room so the leaking water was always cleaned up when we returned. I just personally need a little more space. I do think it would be nice to have somewhere for a couple to sit and eat inside when they order room service. I can see how a couple would be uncomfortable doing some business in the “office”, especially newlyweds. You do not have a lot of privacy. Thankfully, I am past the embarrassed point , lol. We were in room 1311, we had an amazing view! It was just beautiful!!! I do not think there is a bad view in that building! I did have a few mosquitoes in my room, but it was fine because I brought citronella candles and bug spray, I only got bit a few times. They do seem to come from the shower and sink drains. I give the room 3stars. Still on day one, we put on some swimsuits and went to the barracuda bar. This is where we will spend a lot of time! We met Phillip and Leo; they are a great team and kept our drinks full for the week!! They were 5stars! There was a girl who waitressed the beach area Charise? I cannot remember how to spell her name, but she is also 5stars! My husband soon found 4 o clock volleyball from there, every day at 4pm swo beach. We were there every day except the day we went to negril. Bruce, Lee, and Fabian were awesome! They were the only ones we did not get to say bye to and we really hated that. I hope they read this, they are a great entertainment team, they remembered everyone’s name everyday at the volleyball court, and even remembered mine and I did not play! They kept the resort hopping with entertainment, pool tournaments, bocce ball, ping pong tournaments, and more! The ladies of the entertainment staff were excellent as well. My husband played dominoes with Cassie and said she was great to talk with also. We give the entertainment staff 5stars!! And Bruce if you read this, you are our favorite employee!! Day one dinner was at Himatsu, the food was 5star, the show was 2star, and the atmosphere was 3star. It is way too hot in there! But, the food was great! There was entertainment every night. We were usually so worn out by the end of the night that we ate dinner, stopped by the piano bar and got a drink, hung around an hour or so and went to bed. Some nights we did watch and listen from our room, and it was great! There was a fire breather one night I think it was circus night, name that tune we actually were down there, a band called PACE, and we did watch secrets got talent, the girl who won Jennifer really deserved to win!! I give the night time entertainment in general 5stars. But like I said, we did not really watch it a lot. So, you will not see me talking about it anymore. We slept like babies, the mattress is very comfortable. It could be because we were so tired when we lay down? There are 24 hour porn channels. My husband was fascinated by this. I thought it was hilarious that every time he turned on the TV he went to channel 60! Like a kid in a candy store. So funny really. I know there has to be others out there who know what I am talking about.
Day 2 Sunday June 19, 2011. We got up and went to the World Café for breakfast, which is a typical breakfast buffet, with made to order omelets. I give world café 3stars. We were picked up at 8am by our private driver Johnny Griffith. He made our trip so memorable, I cannot thank him enough! He took us to Ocho Rios, he showed us a lot of Jamaican culture on the way and explained a lot of things going on around us. He is a 5star tour guide! If anyone wants a tour guide you can trust, and is going to treat you like family it is him johnnytours54@yahoo.com phone number is 1-876-843-5212. We now consider him family! He took us to Dunn’s River Falls. Dunn’s River Falls is a huge tourist trap! Don’t get me wrong, it is awesome and breathtaking! But, if you do not have a local with you to get you through to the actual falls. You will be hustled!! Johnny helped us; he got us through the mob. He saw them mobbing us and came to our rescue. This was the day I forgot my waterproof digital camera, I paid 25 dollars for a piece of crap waterproof camera there (should cost 7 dollars at most). And it was not even a Kodak or Fuji film. It is something I am not even sure if the pics will turn out. I give Dunn’s River Falls 3stars. So, after the falls we went to Chukka Adventures and did the zipline. What fun!! I think everyone should do this!! But, this one involves a lot of hiking, and for short people it is bad because the steps are far apart and it is very hard to step normal when you have short legs. I am 5’3” and I could barely walk for 2 days. My husband is 6ft and he was just a little sore. We both work out everyday religiously for at least an hour, usually two. We both have VERY strong legs. Just saying if you are not in tiptop shape I would not even attempt Chukka Zipline! I give it 4stars!! Great tour guides!! Great safety demonstrations! A Great adventure! So, we headed back to Montego Bay and Johnny stopped for us to get a little local jerk chicken and pork at a local joint, wow it was great!! Oh and while we did all of our adventures Johnny sits right there and waits on you, he kept my money for me, and he had a cooler for you to put in whatever you want, he kept the vehicle locked up as well. So, we got back to the resort around 4:30, in time for Clancy to get in a game of volleyball, while I sipped on my frozen banana with extra rum!! We went in around 6 and got dressed for dinner at Bordeaux, the service was horrible (it took 1 and ½ hours just to get an appetizer) the food was wonderful!! I was just unhappy with the service; we were there a total of 3 hours. Our wine glasses went empty often. The place was not even busy is what I did not understand. Half of the tables were empty. This place gets 4stars, the food was 5star, and the service was 1star. The piano bar was a great atmosphere, we wish we were not so tired so we could enjoy it more but oh well.
Day 3 Monday June 20, 2011 We ate breakfast at world café, Johnny picked us up to go to a little shopping area for some souvenirs. He gets a discount there so we got his discount, the workers there do not bother you, and they just hold your stuff for you while you shop. Johnny went in with us to make sure we were treated right. We got all of our souvenirs in one stop that day. Blue Mountain coffee, Tortuga rum cake, cigars, you name it!! I got the most gorgeous dress (they had the same one at the resort for 82 dollars) I got the dress for 36 dollars!! This shopping store he took us to gets 5stars! He drove us through downtown mobay and stopped at a local place and got us some beef patties. They were soooooo good! The thing that impressed me the most was that Jamaicans try, they sell something, they build a grass hut to live in, and in America people have stopped trying. Americans expect the government to take care of them. It is sick. I have so much respect for the Jamaican people! I did get hassled a lot to buy stuff on some days (ricks café, Dunn’s river, ect) but not once did someone just beg for money, they always offered something. I asked a lot of questions to Johnny about the government, welfare, healthcare, ect. And WOW, respect is all I can say!! I have RESPECT for these people!! Anyway, we asked Johnny to take us by Margaritaville after he drove us through the upper-class, middleclass, and lower-class areas to show us the difference. He waited in his vehicle while we drank a couple margaritas, swam, and slid down the slide, jumped on trampolines, ECT. And when we were done he was right there with a smile on his face. Another thing that impressed me about him, he was watching us from his vehicle, and when we were out on the trampolines he was taking our picture! He asked which margarita we liked best (he saw us order a couple); I was just in awe of this! So, he took us back to the resort around 1, we sat at the barracuda till 4 and Clancy played volley ball, lol. We took showers and got ready for our couples massage under the moon and stars, at 7pm. We got to the spa and it was heaven! I changed into my robe and started some of the hydrotherapy circuit, I was only about 30 minutes early so did not get to do it all. Make sure you are an hour early. I did find it strange none of the employees ever mentioned this to me. Michael did my massage and my husband cannot remember who did his, lol. But they were both great that is all I can say because we both went in to a trance and fell asleep! After the massage we were served fruit and wine. It was wonderful. We walked (were not offered a ride) back to our room. (did not know there was a ride till the next day when I saw the golf cart) I give the spa 4stars (would be 5 if someone would have informed me of the hour early thing, and offered me a ride back). We went to our room and ordered room service steak, soup, cheesecake, french-fries, and coke. It was promptly there in 25 minutes, hot and delicious. I give the room service 5stars! We pretty much went to bed after that.
Day 4 Tuesday June 21, 2011 We ate breakfast at World Café, went to the beach, walked on the beach, explored some more, sat around the pool, and got a quick bite from the pc lounge before Johnny picked us up to take us to Negril. The pc lounge food was 3star. I have to say the fly situation needs to be addressed! There are so many flies everywhere, in the restaurants, in the food everywhere! So we went to Negril, and we stopped at a few places on the way there. Johnny showed us Fort Charlotte, and told us the history of it; he showed us the local hospital (wow). Johnny always offered to take pictures of us, so to me that was special! I have so many pictures of just me or just my husband, now for once I have a camera full of both of us! We drove through a lot of little small towns, stopped at a little fruit stand on the side of the road and got a coconut with rum. Walked on the beach at Negril, got a cheeseburger in paradise at the Negril Margaritaville and a margarita. And wow that place is party city!! We went on to Rick’s Café, as soon as we walked in we were bombarded with pushy pushy waitresses, the jumpers wanting money, oh it was terrible! Johnny saw this from his vehicle and came in and said something to them and they left us alone. He stayed over to the side and watched us; we were not bothered any more. My husband jumped off of the highest one they would let him jump off of and the smaller ones too. It was so much fun for him! I was a little too sore from the zipline still to attempt this. I stood at the bottom and took pictures of him jumping which was not the best angle to take the picture. Thankfully Johnny was at the top taking pictures too! He emailed them to me! Now I have both views! I give Ricks Café 3stars. We only stayed long enough for my husband to jump about 5 times. Johnny took us to another local bar in Negril to watch the same sunset people at ricks were watching. And here it was peaceful! He took pictures of us on the rocks watching the sunset. It was a magical day! I give the day 5stars over all! We got back to the resort around 7pm and got ready for dinner. We ate at Blue Mountain, it was not good. I got sick later that night. I cannot blame it on anything else but Blue Mountain because I did not drink much alcohol that day. And the food did not taste good at all. I give Blue Mountain 2stars. The service there was good. One thing I do not understand is that they had so many empty tables, yet people on a 45 minute wait. This was all over the resort. After dinner I felt awful and went to bed, got sick in the night.
Day 5 Wednesday June 22, 2011 We slept kind of late because of my sickness in the night. Put on some beachwear and went to world café for breakfast. When we finished dinner I stopped by to talk to Kerry Ann about our private dinner on the beach we had scheduled for that night at 8pm. She told me I scheduled it for 6pm. Well after a little back and forth no I did not, yes you did, kind of thing she told me 8pm was already booked. I have about 25 emails back and forth between her and me to prove I set it up for 8pm months ago. I offered to get the emails. (I printed all of this stuff out before I left home) she said no my dinner had to be at 6. So, I cancelled my dinner because at 6 it is still hot and the sun is still out and if I am paying 350 for a dinner it is going to be how I want it. After I cancelled she found me to let me know she pulled some strings!!!???? To get my dinner at 8pm. I do not feel like she did me a favor, just fixed her mistake. The dinner was AMAZING the food was 5star, the service was 5star, and everything about it was 5star (except the reservations part) It was some of the best lobster I had ever eaten. The steak was also good. Oh and I was sent 4 menus to choose from by email. Lobster was not on any of these 4 menus. Kerry Ann told me I had chosen the lobster menu for my dinner. Hmmm, I probably would have chosen that for me, but not my husband who hates lobster. Anyway she argued with me that I had already chosen the menu, I do not like to argue so I just said ok. My husband liked his steak and actually did not mind the lobster. She never gave me an option for anything else. That was what we were going to eat!! After a 5star dinner service (with a 2star reservations department) we walked around and went to the piano bar, went to desires and waited hours for music, nothing. So, we left, I give Desires 1star, they could at least have some background music playing if the show has not started yet (it was 11pm when we arrived). Oh and that day we did all of the activities with the entertainment staff, dominoes, pool tournament, met a lot of great people at the sugar reef swim up bar (hello to the Alabama and Georgia fans!!) and (hello to the 2 crazy doctors and their wives) wow what a great bunch of people! The day was relaxing, fun, and it poured down rain for hours but who cares? We swam in the rain, played basketball and ate jerk chicken from the cart! Great fun I give that day a 5star!
Day 6 Thursday June 23, 2011 We got up early and ate world café breakfast. Got our snorkel gear and headed out, tried to find Becky Woodruff and her husband, wish Karen Dennis and her husband would have been around that day! Never found them, went snorkeling WOW the best day yet! We saw so many things!! Lionfish, sea urchin, sea cucumber, a lot of colorful tropical fish, angle fish, star fish, so much more!! I give the snorkeling 5stars!! And we just went out on our own near the swo pc beach, around to the boardwalk area. We beached it all day, ate lunch at Oceana, great food!! 4star only because of flies. Later that day after my husband’s 4 o clock volleyball fix, we got dressed and went to Portofino for dinner, the service was 4star, and the food was 4star as well. Not bad, just not outstanding. My husband got an appetizer that was out of this world, pancake wrapped around pork or something wow wonderful!! After dinner we relaxed on the swo pc beach and talked about the trip and how we did not want to go home. It was so romantic!! I give that evening talk on the beach a 5star rating!!
Day 7 Friday June 24, 2011 We made our rounds thanking the staff that made our vacation special after we had our breakfast in bed (which was an hour late) the food was 4star. I thought we would both cry to have to go home. But all good things come to an end. We give the resort an overall 4stars. I would not pay that price again for 4 star services. I hope no one else has to experience some of the mishaps I did, and maybe if I would have made a big fuss about it while I was there something would have been done. I am just not like that and I do not believe I should have to turn into super witch to get what I have paid for already. When I had a problem I made it known to someone, and they chose not to do anything about it. Except Kerry Ann, she did fix the problem. But it was her mistake to begin with, and she still never gave me an option to change the menu. And she did try to argue with me about it. No one ever tried to make anything better, which was sad to me.
Oh, and just as a side note this was our 5th anniversary, I had prearranged to have a cake (for 35 or 40?) delivered to the room with a message on it for my husband, along with 6 dozen roses (for 75 I think) delivered with the cake, and I gave them a gift and card when I arrived to be brought with cake and flowers. The flowers were laying on the bed when we got there with my name on the card ( I thought my husband got them for me and I cried I was so happy, he works 70-80 hours a week and rarely has time for things like that) well, turns out they were his! He never said anything just looked kind of strange but when I had to call to remind them to deliver the cake and stuff at 730, they only brought a cake. So, I ask where the flowers are and that is when we figured it out, well then my husband felt crappy, oh it was a mess. They never did bring the gift and card so I had to call down to have it brought up and when they brought it they sang happy birthday!!??? Oh it was just something special I wanted to do for him that turned into a disaster.
And one night we returned from dinner our door was wide open, I promise we did not leave the door open, I always check! We thought she may be doing turndown service and waited outside, she never came out, so we went in, no one there, no turn down. Nothing was done about this, I was upset. Who knows what went on??!!?? We did not get turndown service a total of 3 nights including this night.

The photo people are wonderful!! Ask for Christopher!! He is the best, we had 4 different ones and he was great!! I will post pics soon! Just wanted to get this review out there for all of you!  If anyone wants to ask me some questions or anything feel free to on here or pm!

I recently stay @ S.W.O words are not enough to express my feelings, I felt like royalty, from the presentation as you enter to the garden settings, the pool, & the beach, every where was nice & clean, so let me start @ the beginning a young lady kayla with her beautiful smile & a wonderful staff thank you all, a young man greeted us & handed us a towel to wipe our hands, that never happen to me before @ any resort, top off with what would you like from the bar, I had the rum punch, it hits the spot, the rooms were awesome, with a view to kill, over looking the pool & the beach & in the night its lighted. First night we had seafood surf & turf delicious, special thanks to Nicalos for helping us decide where to eat every night. Thank you Richard GM @ Japanese rest. & Neil GM @ the France rest. for your warm smile & your friendly welcome. We felt @ home. Every night the food was simply delicious, every night the heaven open up displaying its beauty as the mountain lights up around you, with music in the air. Every morning Delano start my day with his special giggy coffee, it went to my toes. Thanks to Diana, Renaldo, Aaron, Michael, James, Margret, & all the staff for starting our day right. To the jerk man for his delicious jerk chicken on the beach, & the coconut man it was nice & cold. Shane & Albert thanks, Xavier for getting our drinks when we were too lazy to move. To Scott for my dirty banana & my Bob Marley daily, what a wonderful service, I was so spoiled, & also building memories. Great amenities, activities, & entertainment. keep up the good work. Hats off to the chefs, & I'm a chef. i was in Jamaica for a funeral, I needed that, thanks you S.W.O. for a well needed rest & a wonderful get away from our lost. Be back soon. K.D. NYC
