It's conveniently located on the strip, the room is clean, basic, bed is comfortable, we had a room on the second floor facing the garden so it was nice and quite, bathroom is huge but definitely needs some maintainance, otherwise it's usable, good shower pressure, I think I didn't have high expectation since it's consider 2.5 stars hotel, and I was the the traveler who'll spend much time in my hotel room besides sleeping. Staffs are friendly, Henry the guy who picked me up from the airport--yes, they offered complimentary airport pickup since it's only 10 min away. there's complimentary breakfast every morning from 7-9am w local foods in the front of the hotel overlooking road and waterfront! it's a good experience and i'll say I prefer the local food over typical continental breakfasts. There's a private beach right across the street, sadly I did not get to visit due to our limited time and one day when we actually wanted to but it was closed. Staffs were not very helpful w tours and areas to goto, but that's just the nature of Jamaica, there's not too many organized tours without trying to bargain, with the exception that if you book it from the cruise and resorts. It's right across from Margarita, walking distance to Dr cave beach (altho the beaches there are nothing compare to Negril), walking dist to downtown and craft market (that's where we get most of our souvenirs from-remember to bargain!) and also walking dist to my fav eatery at montego bay--porkpit!
Overall, it's been a good experience for 2 days we stayed there! hopefully they'll get that elevator fixed soon!
